Chili Recipies
Ok, So i'm thinking about hosting a chili cook-off for my fraternity and I need some chili recipies I can hand out so people can make food. I'm begging please lemme have em.

I was looking for one myself today. I found this site, sounds like these ate the actual recipes of current and former World Chili Cookoff champions. I'm going to try the one from the 2004 winner.

If you use a recipe, you're doing it wrong, IMHO...the secret is to use a basic base for your chili, and then add stuff and sample, add stuff and sample, until you got it the way you want it.

Do a search for chili in the cooking forum right here on the TFP, you'll get quite a few good recipies.
