Tips/recipes cupcakes
 

I've mastered chocolate cupcakes but i need a great recipe for like vanilla cupcakes/w icing. anyone?

My mom makes a chocolate chip cake with peanut butter frosting. it's my favorite. Perfect in cupcake form :D

Basically it's just plain white cake, throw in a cup or so of chocolate chips and mix up the peanut butter frosting, which I think is equal parts peanut butter and confectioners sugar. My mom isn't too big on measuring, it's a pain trying to get a recipe from her.

mmmmm..that sounds soo yummy..i think i'll make it for my little sisters birthday party..last year i made her strawberry cake and drew strawberry shortcake on top. she was to the roof with joy

I know it sounds wierd, but it works...

If you want cakes or cupcakes to stay moist longer, add 1 cup of shredded zuchini to the batter, it doesn't affect the taste at all, but yummmm....
