To any and all who have advice,

I am having a Labor Day BBQ this weekend and I need some help.
I am looking for recipes or tips for grilling Cornish Game Hens (2).

If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate them.

You need to soak those birds in a brine its basicly a salt water soulution you soak them in plenty of recipies on the net trust me it will be good im not at home or I would post mine
