I need a really good BBQ Ribs recipe!!!
having the parents over and i told them i was going to make BBQ baby back ribs. Only problem is, i've never done it before! Any suggestions? They need to be baby-backs, and i was in the mood for a dry rub recipe with bbq sauce on the side. Other than that I'm open. :)

Thanks!
Those recipes look goooood. Anyone have tips for cooking these on a gas grill? Low heat? that link mentioned and hour per pound i think? How do you know when they are done? |
as low as you can get...I use a dry rub on my ribs and cook at 225 degrees for about four hours...be careful of flare up, I will but a peice of foil under the ribs so that the grease does not cause a fire to flare up. You can also put mesquite or "flavored wood" to give additional flavor..Wet the flavored wood so that it smokes and burns slowly.
