Sweet & Smoky Sausage (easy)

This barely qualifies as a recipe, but it has always scored a home run whenever I have brought it to a party. Next time you are invited to a pot-luck and don't want to put a lot of work into a dish, try this!

Ingredients:
2 lbs Hilshire Farms Polska Keilbasa, sliced (the real stuff, pork, not turkey)
2 boxes brown sugar
(you can make more if needed, for every one lb. keilbasa, add another box of brown sugar)

Directions:
Place sliced keilbasa and brown sugar into a crock pot. Turn crock pot on high, and stir occasionally. When the suga completely liquifies, its done. Takes about 90 minutes. To speed up the process you can bake the ingredients in an oven at 350 degrees, stirring occasionally until all sugar is liquid and then serve in the crock pot.

And that's all folks! You may be asking yourself "What the fuck kind of recipe is that?" Well, all I can say is that it works. The grease from the sausage mixes with the brown sugar to make a fantastic liquid sauce. Try it!
