crockpot stuff

Just thought I see what others are doing in their c-posts for meals. I'm very busy with work and coaching and the wife is usually too tired to cook, so I've become rather creative. Just the other day I made the following dish and threw it over rice. Post any you feel were worth doing more than once.
Teriyaki pork with carrots: Boneless pork strips(about 4/5 good size), 2 cans crushed pineapple, 1 can pineapple rings, 3 Tbls. ground ginger, Kikoman's teriyaki sauce to cover about 1/2 of the ingrediant, and salt and pepper to taste. Please make sure you place the carrots on the bottom of the meat for softer carrots or on top for firmer carrots. Enjoy.

hmmm, interesting, from what I have experienced, the worse the cut of meat the better, has to do with the natural fat. I am guessing you have tried roasts, stews and soups?
