Recipe of the Day - November 20 (potato casserole)
Hot Potato Casserole
Ingredients 8 large potatoes 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 pound raw bacon Preparation Bake and cube potatoes. Mix potatoes, onion, Velveeta and mayonnaise. Place ingredients in a 9"x13" baking dish. Top with bacon. Bake for 1 hour at 350. |
