Recipe of the Day - October 20 (no-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies)
No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients 2 cups sugar 3 Tbsp. cocoa 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup butter 1 Tbsp. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 3 cups quick cooking oats Preparation Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in a saucepan and bring to full boil and boil for exactly 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla and oats. Drop by tablespoons on waxed paper and cool. |
