Recipe of the Day - October 20 (no-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies)
 

No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups quick cooking oats

Preparation
Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in a saucepan and bring to full boil and boil for exactly 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla and oats. Drop by tablespoons on waxed paper and cool.

My buddie at work makes these.
of course he says he made them up LOL
