There are a few low carb recipes posted here on TFP (just do a "search this forum" from the main Tilted Cooking forum page for low-carb.

But I found a few websites in my search, and these all look good.

www.atkins.com also has quite a few recipes - mostly for following his diet

Ediets (they have their own diet, Atkins and the Zone - probably others now, too) has a bunch, but you have to be a member and it's kind of expensive just for recipes (and the site is pretty slow)

Low carb cafe is one of my favorites, too
