Recipe of the Day - July 25 (feta dressing)
Feta Dressing
Ingredients 1 cup fat free plain yogurt 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 2 Tbs. lemon juice 3 green onions 2 sprigs fresh dill, chopped black pepper to taste Preparation Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth. Makes 2 Cups Nutritional Information per 1/4 Cup: Calories 53 Protein 5g Fat 2g Saturated Fat 1g Cholesterol 10mg Sodium 189mg Vitamin A 75IU (2% DV) Vitamin C 1mg (2% DV) Calcium 188mg (19% DV) |
