Tomate de Saltambique (sp?)?

Tomate du Saltambique (I'm probably spelling this wrong, my French is basically nonexistent) is said to be a seedless beefsteak tomato, stewed for several hours in in crème de caramel, stuffed with passion fruit, kiwi, and hazelnuts, served on a pomegranate reduction.

...only I can't seem to find a recipe.

Is anyone familiar with this dessert beyond the obvious TV reference? Has anyone ever tried this or even made this? Is it even real?

That's it!!! God damn, those things must be flavorful. Apples, pears, pineapples, ginger, almonds, pistachios, orange and lemon zest, ginger, cloves, anise, cinnamon, raisins, mint, vanilla.... I've gotta try this.
