Foreman Grill Grease Trap

What do you people do with the grease that the Foreman Grill "knocks out?"

ew. Straight into the trash.

The only time I use grease from anything is making gravy, and that's only when I make pork chops :)

Depends on what I cooked. Usually in a jar if it were red meat, then trashed. But chicken, I run down the drain with hot water. Or sometimes I just wait until it's solid, and wipe it off.

Hot water + drain in sink.

try to put it in a jar and trash it although my puppies would like me to drain it onto their bickies at dinnertime!

You might also try pouring it in the disposal and added dish soap while running the thing.

Add lye and make it into soap.

I once had an old school indoor grill from my grandma's basement awhile ago. "The Faberware". A steel contraption with an electric element. I think it was from the late '60s.

I mention it because of the engraved label on the grease container.

"Gravy Catcher"

I have a can of collected grease under the sink, normally pretty small tomato paste cans. Once it full and congealed it gets tossed. It just seems silly to me to put grease down a sink. You know it will solidify at some point, you don't want any pipes blocked.

In the sink !!!! BAD IDEA..
As mentioned above it will congeal at some point in the drain line.
Scrape in into a can, and in the trash...small amounts of it that do get in the sink should be flushed with dish washing liquid and hot water..
