Lego Star Wars: Revenge of The Brick
I just saw this on Cartoon Network, and it's pretty damn cool. Unlike the Spider Man 2 one, this one is all CG, but it makes for some interesting effects you couldn't get with stop motion. The animator's site (which is hopelessly overloaded at the time of this post):
