Did you see that?

There might be spoilers in this thread so just be warned.

I'm watching Freddy vs. Jason right now (it's on pause in the other room) and I just go to the part where the flamin' Jason comes across the ravers in the field and a few of them are in the van escaping. One of the stoners looks like a Jay (from Jay & Silent Bob) and right after he says 'That goalie must be pissed' one of the other characters says 'Fuck the police!' In Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back Jay says 'Fuck the police!'.

And in About Schmidt when Warren meets the couple in their campervan and he brings a few beers over for dinner, you hear a flush and the other guy comes out of the bathroom. Warren sniffs the air and asks 'Is something burning?' and the other guy says 'Oh no, I just lit a few matches.' That always makes me chuckle

So is there anything nifty that you've picked up or noticed in a movie that others might have missed? Maybe it was deliberate or just a funny coincedence, post it here!

in fear and loathing in las vegas when gary busey pulls over duke in he background you can see a huge powercord behind the car

Watch The Royal Tenenbaums. Then watch it again. A good ten times. Every time you'll pick up something new, something in the background, that just enriches the story. A significant look here, a meaningful prop there, everything in the film contributes towards one magnificent whole.

I always seem to 'get more' when i watch films with my mates or g/f. They are not big movie geeks like i am, so i get the in-jokes and spoofs. I can't really think of anything in particular right noww tho....

This is pretty common knowledge, but in the Evil Dead movie where he cuts off his hand to get the evil out, the book that he places on top to stop the bleeding is "Farewell to Arms"

one more, if you watch predator 1 and 2, when he takes off his helmet you will notice in P2 that his vision with it off is the same as in P1 with it on

In Monsters Inc. there are TONS, and I'm talking TONS of continuity errors with the CPA members and their numbers.

In Bram Stokers Dracula, when Keanu Reeves is getting shaved by Gary Oldman, you might get a slight disorienting feeling. That's because the walls in the background are moving.
