Seinfeld and Superman
"The Uniform" is the current webisode done with Jerry and Superman hanging out. It's all a big advertisement for American express but is fucking hilarious none the less.
Patrick Warburton (Puddy from Seinfeld) does the voice of Superman. There's another webisode that's going to be posted up there at somepoint as well enjoy! http://www.jerry.digisle.tv/room.html |
That was awesome. VERY funny stuff.
damnit I miss Seinfeld... |
pretty good. Thanks for posting it
anyone remember the alternate universe episode.....that was really scary (yet insanely funny)
bizarro superman :) |
what the hell is this from? did anyone notice the clock in the apartment is at the correct time? that is a nice touch.
^ It's just a big American Express ad. Seinfeld is the spokes person and has been for a while. There was a commercial a while back that had Jerry and Superman saving Lois Lane or something...cant really remember.
I think I remember that gnort... I might be wrong, but wasnt' he filling up his gas tank or something?
I recall one that had something to do with picking up drycleaning. :D Very good stuff- and now we know that Supes loves musicals.
That was hilarious! Luckily the ad part is only a small part of it.
The second "webisode" is up. I didn't find it nearly as funny as the first one, but it might be worth a watch. At least the ending had me laughing a bit.
I did like the ending on the second one.. Pretty cool little episodes though
"Stop reading the reveiws!"
Funny. |
thanks gnort!
The trouble with Seinfeld is that he's always the same guy, and when he's being funny you know he knows it too by that smirk he wears... Despite that the show was a legend and this Ad was fantastic! Warbutton rules also!

Comment: Um, ya.
Interesting............ |
I remember the 'perfect pump' commercial with Seinfeld. Its been my goal at the gas station ever since.
oh yes! wyoming! thats pretty funny i remember seeing those commercials on t.v. like a week ago. hilarious
I guess I'm in the minority here, but I came away with with bad feelings on this for two reasons:
1. I thought it was absolutely reprehensible for NBC to hype a commercial for a week in advance. A commercial!! 2. Being a Seinfeld fan, I was really dissappointed - I expected a little more than just a 10-minute, self-aggrandizing, tired account of Jerry's childhood fantasies. Yes, Jerry - we all know you wanted to be Superman's friend as a child. Let it go. As for AmEx, though - I thought they kept the commercialism pretty low-key. Kudos for that, at least. And yes - it had its moments. |
