Has anyone seen this movie and if so, can you explain it to me. I have a few questions. its a good movie, little confusing, so i could use a little explanation.

It's been a while since I've seen it, but I believe that except for the very begining and very end of the movie, we are actually watching the story of the book she is writing.

My take on it was that everything in the movie actually happened. Then, at the end, when the author realized that the promiscuous girl was not actually her editor's daughter, she simply absorbed the information and adjusted the story in her mind accordingly.

But very ambiguous...I'm prolly way off.

saw it and thought i had a handle on what was going on but the end of the movie just threw me for a loop. but the chick was hot in that flick! I almost died laughing when the other lady had throw pumps with the old guy!

i guess that was what i got as well. So when she heard that the daughter mite show up she fabricated the book and we got to see what she was writing.
good movie i say.
