Man, I really see this movie setting new lows... I don't care how nice she is to look at, I can't stand Halle Berry, and haven't seen a damned thing that makes me interested in this.

I know I posted on a thread like this a while ago when we first saw halle in the costume.. Something like that just ruins the Batman experience... When she's called Catwoman is not because she's a wearing crotchless lingerie 'cat suit' with ears and a tail... oh and btw, they forgot the crotchless part..

I couldn't agree more. When Batman Returns came out, I had a poster of her on my wall for quite some time. I wonder what ever happened to that thing...

From what I remember on the first thread about this, well this movie has nothing to do offically with Batman or DC cannon. Berry's char is named Patience Price. Still this movie will mostly bomb, but Halle is still sexy.

michelle pfiefer was sooooooooooo much better, her costume was royally fine. and look at the IMDB site-the director goes by 1 name...that's just a bad omen in itself

I think I will proceed to ignore this movie, and impatiently wait for the next Batman installment.

It's not so much the pants that bother me as it is that thing she's wearing on her head. It just makes it look overly large and just kind of sets the whole thing off. I agree, Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman>Halle Berry's Catwoman. Oh, and nice Monty Python and the Holy Grail reference there Lebell.

I like Halle Berry and all but shouldn't she just stick to playing Storm in X-men?? It seems like everytime you turn around she has a new movie coming out, my personal opinion is she needs to take a long break from acting, lets say about 4-5 years.

Thank god someone else noticed. I can't get past the fact that her head looks about three feet long.

Damn that's harsh, remember some movies aren't released till 3 years after they are filmed. You could account for the sudden rush of several movies featuring one actor/actress as the film companies trying to hop on to that particular actors current bit of fame. Actors don't choose when their movie comes out, but as far as Halle frequent new movies releases is considered... Well, I think it's great that she's trying new things as far as acting goes, I don't think its great that we get to see all these sub-par performances that she's doing :(

P.S. that hat does make her head look big :p

What can you really DO dressed in that? I don't really see this as sensible superhero/villain attire. Is she gunna steal your diamonds or just roll around on your couch. Sure, I'd settle for the latter, but you can't really make a movie about it.

If Catwoman had henchwomen, then that costume would be perfect for them because it has the whole thug sort of look. Other than that, the costume should be burned.

I never though they could make Halle Berry look bad by making her wear skimpy clothes, but there we have it.

The makeup is terrible as well. ITS ALL TERRIBLE!

I really wish they would stop messing with all the old Comic characters they are really screwing them up with some of these lame produced movies. I mean common there is only so many ways to do the Batman movies and they keep getting worse and worse.

if this costume is any indication of how good the movie is going to be.....it could rival daredevil as worst latex clad comic adaptation...ever......hot women don't make a movie good...they make you rent the dvd

Why are they making the catwoman costume look that way? That's exactly the kind of thing that sent the last two Batman movies down the toilet. The new cars and costumes and everything were flashy and everything, but they used way too much flash to try and mask the lack of story that came with those movies. Actor choices were sketchy on some of the characters as well. I don't know what to think about this upcoming movie, I'll probably see it, but right now I'm not thinking too many good things about it.

i disagree with the person who claimed the movie would flop.

I actually strongly believe that people will flock to not only see something even remotely related to Batman, but the fact that it's someone new playing catwoman, halle berry playing catwoman, and a black woman playing catwoman will spark viewers' curiosities. Plus people will flock to see it to complain that it sucks. Expect to be disappointed by big numbers opening weekend.

I agree the costume sucks and needs work, but I'm curious to see what Halle does with the Catwoman role...

The more I get to see of Halle Berry the better. I love the costume. And who gives a damn about this movie "tainting" the comic book? I mean, seriously people, it's Catwoman. How good do you expect it to be? It won't be any worse than The Hulk, and she'll be a whole lot more fun to look at.

That costume makes me want to puke... If I were her I wouls appeal to wearing that. Did the people who designed it think that it was going to look sexy? Maybe if they woud have done something else with those pants maybe. It looks like she is wearing bold fishnet hose. Plus (to me) that looks nothing like Berry.
