I just saw the commercial trailer for this movie.... and instantly I thought of the 80s movie: Can't Buy Me Love...

but this one is done with a hip hop flava and what looks like lots of bling bling.

While I'd love to watch it to compare and contrast, I will be waiting for it to come out on HBO.

thought the same thing when I saw the ad. I love the first movie! That chick was so hot to me when I was young.

I dunno, at first glance it looks kinda cheesy to me.

I wouldnt spend 10$ on the risk.

yes it is a remake. i think it is good for the kids to have it, also.

the original was good and funny with meaning. today's kids need it, too.
