Yes, this season has been a lot better. Although once Rupert is gone, my interest will start to fade.

Severe fan like or dislike for any of the Survivors is what equals ratings. It's the boring contestents like Ryan (either one) that is the kiss of death for the show.

I was glad to see Lil get back in the game, if only because Savage had to say "Can you get back to me" on the vote and she got to tear into him a little. Savage is a dumbass who got what he deserved.

And, how stupid is Morgan anyway? Can they count? You have four people in your little voting block and there are ten people in the new tribe. Then, you stand there, picking your teeth and asking, "What's Lil gonna do?" Morons! You should have her in your back pocket, or find someone who will vote with you. I don't care if Jon is a total ass, maybe that's an excellent reason to ask him to vote with you. If he's pissed you off already, think of what he's doing to the other tribe.

This is why they've been getting smoked every competition.

I hated to see Andrew leave, but I understood it. I agree the part with Lil and Andrew was great, I think he knew then he was gone. Yet I would of tried to convince them to kick off John, since they have Lil on their side they already have an advantage.

I was laughing my arse off when the new merged tribe got to their camp, and I saw more than a few bottles of wine on the banquet table. My wife turned to me and said "well, I guess we know who's making an ass of himself and gets voted off tonight". :lol:

I was so dissapointed that they didn't show drunk Jon being obnoxious in front of his new tribe. :D

I was pissed that Savage got the boot. Unlike most of you, I really liked him. I think he was one of the most genuine Survivors they've ever had. His tribe kept losing despite his best efforts, and just when it looked like he was turning the corner, bam, he gets the boot.

It's his own fault. When Lil (who I hate more than anyone) said "would you really vote out any of the 3 Morgans before me?" his response should have been "Do you really think the Drakes will keep you around once they've used you to vote off the Morgans?"

I hated Lil the first time around, I hate her more now.

savage was the leader, but he never did anything. he never got food, fixed the shelter like he told probst they were going to do, or put himself out to do any work, he was just as lazy and incompetent as the rest of the tribe. the only thing he used his leadership position for was to save his own ass, and he screwed that up too, by alienating lil. i'm sure lil knows she can't win the game, but she got her revenge.

Savage was the most competent person on that tribe, and he held them together. He worked his ass off during the challenges, and I liked what he had to say. Tijuana is great, but I liked savage much better and I was sorry to see him go. He led those people.

Lil and Jon are both annoying. Anybody else feel like they know a "Rupert"?

i think Rupert has to win out at this point. After getting rid of Jonny Fairplay, there isn't anyone else who is an obvious one to boot. Rupert is too good, and will be a target right away.

Well folks, the unthinkable has happened. That traitorous letch Lil, Jon and Burton have orchestrated the eviction of Rupert - who for me is the best and most entertaining Survivor castaway that I've ever seen - from the game.

I was severely pissed last night watching all of this unfold. I hold no Ill will towards Tijuana and Darrah because it is in their advantage to lose a Drake - and they are both hot! Can't blame a hot chick for anything!

I swore I would stop watching Survivor when he goes, but in next weeks promo apparently something happens to Jon, so I will watch in anticipation of some sort of freak machete coconut opening accident where he lops off his own arm or something.

Dammit. We'll miss you Rupert!

Rupert... man was he pissed after getting booted! As great a survivor as he was (possibly the best ever), he wasn't good at manipulating the other players. Hell, in last night's vote, he didn't even get the rest of his allies (Sandra and Christa) to vote for the same person. The worst part is, the three players I hate the most, Burton, John, and Lil are the ones who seem in control. But you never know...

I was heartbroken to see Rupert outed...BUT...we'll all get to see him again as he is on the All Star Survivor which is filming now and will start Super Bowl Sunday February 1st!!!!!

Rupert played the game totally wrong. To think he was going to go all the way would be very naive. For somebody as strong as he was (and I will venture to say he was one of the strongest survivor contestants yet), he let it get to his head and played the strong-guy role. To win this game you cannot hold your head high above others for too long otherwise you will be the first one to get your head chopped off.

Too bad, I liked the big guy and was rooting for him too... but I knew the way he was playing the game wan't going to cut it. John might be a complete idiot but you cannot deny that his playstyle is working great for him.

Well now that Rupert's gone, i think i'm gonna stop watching the show now. He was the only one in there i really liked anyway. So, now that i'm done watching Survivor, i can focus all my attention on WWE Smackdown. :D

Any of the other players would be smart to take John to the end. He's annoyed most everyone, so it's unlikely he'd win the final vote.

I wish Rupert would have played just a bit smarter, and threw a couple of the challenges that he knew he didn't have to win. He was too much of a threat to everyone else, they had to get rid of him.

I thought the episode where Rupert gets voted out was great. I hear rumblings that people are pissed and wont watch it

What is everyones thoughts on that and tonights episode.

I think it is great that he was voted out, because now he canbitch and moan on the jury. I cannot wait to here what he has to ask the two finalists. Also, he showed his true colors when he whined on tv, "all my dreams are destroyed now" or something to that effect. I also want to see what happens to Johnny Fairplay. It is good to have a snake.

What a big douche-bag weasel Jon is! I didn't think he could get any worse than what he's done in the past, but tonight takes the cake.

I was a little surprised at Sandra for not owning up to the fish incident but I kinda see her point about protecting herself at this late date in the game.

Johnny Fairplay has now risen to be the best survivor competitor ever. To put a plan in motion weeks before and have it work succesfully to bring sympathy on himself was fantastic. What a great bit of planning. Even if he doesn't win, he is still the best.

I hate that Fucker Jon, but I agree pocon1, he is by far one the the best players of the game.

I can't wait to see how everyone after Johnny Fairplay plays in future Survivor Shows.

I was actually expecting the story to be a hoax due to the earlier post in this thread which talked about Job orchestarting the 'biggest lie in Survivor history'. If this isnt it, then I am going to be shocked.

I was screaming at the stupidity of Sandra and Krista - They had a chance to vote out Burton or Jon or Lil by teaming with the other girls and they decided to work with Jon!!!!! My god! Are they total morons? Holy Crap!

My dream final 3 would have been Darrah, Tijuana and Krista. Cause you gotta figure that with just women left on the island they have no more reason for modesty and can walk around nekked.

People who watch these reality shows and think that people should play fair and have honor..well they completely baffle me. Who wants to watch that? If you want that much honor and fairness, possibly watching a televised match of Candyland or Chutes N' Ladders might be your forte'. i never really got into surviver much, might give it a go.

Even though people usually say they 'value honesty' the game has history of selecting good players over hard workers in selecting the ultimate Survivor. Think Jenna over Matthew (Amazon) and Tina over Colby (Outback). This would imply that if Jon reaches the finals, he may have a good shot. However, Jon did get his wish and he is indeed the dirtiest player in the game of Survivor. The Grandma lie (which the others may or may not discover before the finals) totally crossed the line. Because no one has every taking lying to Jon's lengths, I don't think that he could win against anyone in a seven-member jury.

the 2 players who seem to be directing the action are jon and sandra. they are on opposite sides, but they keep doing whatever they need to hang in there.

Now Sandra wants to vote off the guys? She had the chance three days earlier and Jon convinced her not to do it. What was she thinking. Stupid.

The women are so ignorant and stupid that I'm actually starting to pull from Jon. They are getting played so bad and keep flip floping so fast that I'm suprised no-ones got whiplash.

Darah isn't hot, and definately shouldn't win :D The most deserving at the moment are John, Sandra, and Burton (in that order) because of how much they have done to stay in the game. I can't stand Sandra but wouldn't mind if Burton or John won. Personally I am still pulling for John and would love to see him make his acadamy award winning speech at the end which would most likely includesomething about his grandma's "dying wish" or something similar :lol:

Who's most likely to win: Dara.
Who deserves to win: John or Sandra.
Who doesn't deserve to win: Lill.

Is it possible for John or Sandra to win? I don't think either would win the final vote against Dara or Lill. But against each other, who knows (each has pissed off, or will have pissed off the others to get to the final two). Here's how they do it; They make a deal with each other to vote off Lill in the next council. If Lill wins immunity (not likely), then they vote off Dara. If I was Sandra, I would tell the other girls what she's doing, the honesty might help in the final vote. Or, she can continue to tell them that she's going to vote for John. It doesn't really matter because the vote will come to a tie, 2 for John and 2 for Lill (or Dara). Who knows how the tie-breaker will work, but John will have to beat Lill (or Dara). If he loses, Sandra is hosed. If he wins, then he or Sandra must win the final challenge (usually a stamina thing). Personally, I'd like to see Sandra win.

Last night's episode was by far the funniest survivor to date, I think. The shots over and over of Burton talking about how the girls had no game, and John talking about how stupid they were for not voting John or Burton off when they got the chance...it was perfect :D

I enjoyed very much when Burton got voted off, what he said afterward was great, he was bitching the Lil broke the alliance, when it was Burton who voted for Lil.

Glad Sandra won last night. First time I've been happy about a Survivor winner in a long while. Surprised as anyone that Lill chose Sandra over Jonny.

Please, tell be Jonny Fairplay is not in All-Star Survivor. All that asshat wants is attention. You could see him soaking it up at the reunion show last night. However, you could also see that he was a little disappointed in the reactions he was getting (i.e., no love from the women).

I give it three months before you read about him getting beat up in a bar.

I still think Jon will be in there. He is the biggest villain of survivor history and means big ratings. He's a must have.

Damn, I am quite dissapointed that it came down to the two people I really disliked the entire show :(. Either way, Sandra did do a lot of weasel work (not as much as John, but still enough) that makes her deserve the win much more then the cub scout lady. Anyhow, very entertaining survivor, they had a pretty good cast this year :)

Although i only saw the last few shows, i am sooo glad Lil didn't win. Sandra did a better job during Quesiton time or whatever it's called as well. Answering questions more honestly, without a holier than thou attitude, which Lil seemed to be adopting. Why the fuck did Lil keep refering to herself in 3rd person?
Also, i am glad Lil didn't win, cause she might've done some speech/prayer about God or something :rolleyes:

I am really glad Sandra won I was hoping that she would win! I don't think she ever had a vote casted for her, she helped her tribe in the beginning to get all the food from the people in the village. She was a great survivor. I can't wait till the all-stars.
