any one else heard of this? I remember this actor from seaquest when I was like in middle school.

:( Had a crush on him when I was younger...

Watched Ladybugs with my sister several times too many.

I can't find any other mention of him dying, other than this site in Jesus Malverdes' link.

Nothing, other than that one site. Nada, zip, bupkiss.

It's so odd that this hasn't been made more public...but it does seem as if it's true. That's sad.

he's been dead for a while now. like a week or something. it's definitely true, though.

I remember him from Seaquest. Best show ever.

Wow - I never was really a big fan of this guy or anything, but he seemed like a good guy and a pretty good actor. Anyone's death is a shame, and this is no different.

according to the few websites I looked at this morning, the coroners office isnt releasing any information...only saying this is a very unusual case

Yeah I thought it was pretty weird that they haven't released any details on his death. Maybe we'll hear more in the days to come.

Johnny Cash, John Ritter, Jonathan Brandis....My guess is that Depp is next.

The morning I read the news on Fark.com, I'd been up reading Stephen King's "It" the previous night. (he was young Bill Denbrough in the TV movie). Creepy. Had also been watching a few reruns of Seaquest last week too.

Seems like he would have been a nice fella. Sad.

Take one for the team and start watching reruns of Full House and other John Stamos films.

Damn I remember him from Seaquest, and the time my sister made me watch Ladybugs... and how she kept rewinding the tape when he hit his nuts with some chucks..... oh the memories.. heh

And on the serious side, while he may not have been the world's most known actor, it's terrible to hear about anyone of that age taking their own life - which one of the links I saw said may have happened. :(

I'm probably that guy. I watched it this past weekend, just a couple of days after he died. (I didn't know then.)

He wasn't too bad in The Neverending Story II, either.

Death seems to of been ruled a suicide.

Sidekicks was cool! Sucks that hes dead.

I wonder why he did it, he wasn't a hit but he had relative success, I mean, if he walked down the street a lot of people would say "The kid from Seaquest!"... strange.

I didn't like Seaquest that much, but I loved Sidekicks and I thought Ladybugs was ok. It's a shame he took his own life, I just hope it was worth it.

Can add one more person to that list Sparhawk. Was one of my favorite movies when I was younger.
