Favorite Music Videos?
For me it's a toss-up between RHCP's "Californication" and Blur's "Coffee + TV."
Dancing milk carton = JENIUS |
hmmm.......
Metallica - "One" and RadioHead - "Just" and just about any Shania Twain video. I can punch out a load to her in no time. |
Six Feet Under - The Day the Dead Walked
I mean. There's gore and zombies and and and.... well more gore and zombies. Huzza! |
greenday - walking contradiction
|
blur's "coffee and tv" was seriously amazing.
but i'm gonna take it back to the old school and say Faith No More - Epic. the whole piano, fish flopping thing.. changed my life. haha. |
I've always been fond of "Boyz in the Hood" by Dynamite Hack.
|
The Beatles - Free as a Bird
|
One Nation Army is trippy as fuck

I love to watch "Days Go Bay" by dirty vegas... plus the song is cool too.
|
Michael Jackson - Thriller, Smooth Criminal, Billie Jean
Wierd Al - It's All About the Pentiums (and so many others from him) No Doubt - Don't Speak I am sure they are others but that is the top of my head - more than a few of the early-late 80's videos come to mind, back when "MTV" was not an oxymoron and they actually played music. edit: would probably pick Thriller if choosing just one |
Johnny Cash - Hurt
|
Listen all y'all its Beastie Boys - Sabatoge

John Cougar Mellencamps' "Jack and Diane".
"Mickey" by Toni Basil "Oh Mickey, you're so fine. You're so fine, you blow my mind, hey Mickey, hey Mickey." Call me gay if you want, but I like it. :p I also like "Hungry Like a Wolf" and "Rio" by Duran Duran. Mtvs' first video, "Video Killed the Radio Star" by The Buggles. "Take on Me" by A-Ha. "Come On Eileen" by Dexy's Midnight Runners I don't remember if the song, "Africa" by Toto, was a video, but it was one of my favorites back then. |
Jamiroquai "Virtual Insanity", with the floor slidy slidy in all directions, I think it won an MTV music award. Not the best song by them but a neat concept that was well done.
