Tyler has all the answers
 

I watched F'Club for about 10 times. Nothing extreme, but enough to understand all the small bits of the film.

There's something interesting that is not mentioned directly in the movie: Does Tyler know from the beginning that he and the Norton personality are one and the same?

You remember the part where Tyler tells Norton not to talk about him to anyone? Obviously, Tyler already knows.
But does he know from the beginning? Would you say he knows the truth in the airplane scene already?

We know that Tyler is smarter than his other personality. So it makes sense that he would figure it out first. But I see no reason to assume that he had known it from the start...

Obviously Tyler knows. He knows what Jack knows and more. Tyler is a seperate personality, but he knows he's only a part of Jack.

There was no question in my mind that Tyler knows what he is from the very start.

Tyler knows he's a delusion, so I would assume that he knew from the beginning.

I agree, i would say Tyler knew from the beginning. I never really put much thought into it, i always just assumed he knew from the beginning and i still do.

Read the book and saw the movie.

Definately he knew. The house and such Tyler bought is Jack's name.
