Breathe in, breathe out... Passions
 

I don't know how much of the soap-opera viewing publick is represented here, but I was curious about how many others are keeping up with the crack-ass soap Passions.

I started watching at the beginning, two or so years ago, drawn in by the unusual character Timmy (he was a doll, brought to life by a witch). Things have gotten progressively stranger since... in just the last WEEK, the show has featured:

An orangutan in a nurse outfit,

A trip to Hell, complete with Satan, who threatened to affix electrodes to his guest's genitals,

Death himself, a tall, faceless fellow with long fingers and blue hair,

An Alice in Wonderland hallucination, by a woman kept captive in a pit in her love rivals' basement, who, by the way, is disguising her identity with a birthday clown costume.

So, anyone else out there tuning in? Sound off!

I don't watch it, but when my sister comes over she feels obligated to turn it on.

I personally think it's incredibly fucking stupid, but I can see the niche it fills. It's got all the "drama" of a regular soap opera crammed packed with outrageous paranormal stories.

Whenever I get the "opportunity" to watch it I solace myself with the fact that Tabitha is pretty funny, Julian is the man I want to be, and Sheridan is easy on the eyes. :)

Since it's on after Days of Our Lives, which I kinda sort of watch, I'm often too lazy to change the channel. It's amazing what they film for that show-the chicogo spoof was the worst I think.

On a different note, I was watching showtime the other night, and apparently Kelli McCarty did at least one of those fake porn movies.

Hey, I've seent that porn! I can't remember the name, I think my husband and I were a wee bit tipsy at the time.....
Anyway, I must say that Timmy was the best part of the show. I do like how all of the teenagers are embroiled in the paranormal plot lines and none of the adults seem to be aware of anything strange going on.
