Which movie?
 

Hey guys!

I just got off the phone with my little brother and the last thing we talked about was a movie that he's currently looking for. He hasn't seen it himself, only his girlfriend and mother-in-law. None of them can remember the title of the movie nor any of the actors. All they do remember is the plot of the movie which is:

A mother who's about to die (of some sort of illness) - she knows this and before it's too late she tries to find a new home for all her kids (she has about 8 of them). And that's it.

So, does this ring a bell?

wasn't there one with Julia Roberts and Susan Sarandon that was something like that? Never saw it, but it was a late 90's early 00's flick. Of course, I could be completely full of crap too. My memory is good, but short.

Stepmom I'm not sure I've ever made it 45 minutes into this movie it's so bad... :) there were only two kids in that movie...

Wait, there is another one where a dad knows he has cancer and he is trying to get back his punk ass kids... Crap can't remember the name, I'll post when I figure it out. I wonder if it would lead back to the OP's movie

No I meant exactly that. There's him, his girlfriend and his mother-in-law. In Denmark we still use the term "mother-in-law" even if a couple is not married.

So if a man is married and has a misstress, he would have two mother-in-laws?

Now that's an incentive to never cheat on your wife!

Of course not, silly :D That title only applies if a man's got a significant other/girlfriend or wife.
