Now, I finished a picture of Gilda's Girl, Grace.
I kept messing up with the shading and the picture got darker an darker :lol: I think I managed to pull it together at the end still capturing but a franction of Grace's beauty - Gilda is a lucky woman.

Took a day off. Got allot done, including another sketch!

I give you Gilda. This was a really fun sketch because of the angle of the face and the pose. Amazingly I got the basic lines (almost) right on the first try. One of these days I'll have the patience to draw hair and clothing.

PS. Yes, Grace's picture did get darker, I touched it up a bit. :thumbsup:

Your sketches are simply amazing. Not to be too presumptuous - is that the right word I'm looking for? - but I'm reminded of the sketches of Claude Monet when I see these.

From my time spent on the board, I have been seeing all these av's people have that looked to have been done in pencil, then while browsing around I have come upon this thread. You do amazing work, keep it up.
