Any suggestions on how to smooth out the little white pixels in my image?

I use photoshop and contract the selection by a pixel or two but it still leaves me wanting. What gives?

Can you paint them?

GH, you could try the blur tool in photoshop, that might help out to soften the edges (If that's what you're talking about) Great as per usual :)
