My brother loves to paint those mountain scenes. Whaddya think. Pretty cool is my opinion. |
Dont know shit about art but its pretty good, Id be well chuffed with it.
looks great, makes me think japanese for some reason, water colours are really hard too. i also like the framing of the shot
Nice, like charlie mentioned water color is really dificult. Props to your brother.
Hmm... yeah, charliex is right reminds me of those tsunami japanese pictures... well, maybe that is not what he meant, but that is what it makes me think of. And again, like charliex said, I think the picture you took of the painting with the paintbrushes and work table is a work of art as well.

Nice watercolor painting. My son is into art and he says it 's not fun.
Thanks folks, I think I'll give my bro a link to this thread as he'd be glad to hear the comments.
I think it's lovely - very well done. :) Thanks for sharing.

Nice... I do quite a bit of watercolor, more so than any other medium, and I can tell you that I';ve found water color to be the most challenging AND most rewarding medium. Too much worrying about control will ruina painting; too little and you get shapeless blobs. Very fine line there, lads. Tell your brother to keep up the good work. Maybe I'll scan some of my watercolors in here too.

I agree with OMFUG, I tried water coloring I stunk. Bro's work is fabulous..I'd be proud.
Wow! Great job! I always find when I use watercolours they blend and smudge too much: your bro's work is simple, but very clean. I like it.
That looks really really hard to do! Your brother did a great job.
