Hey all, this is a project I've been working on and off for the last year or so. It's gone through multiple revisions, this latest being a darker fill color for the figures. Nothing particularly "challenging" ;) but I find them pleasant. I like them. Proud of them.

I love em man!
Simple and clean with a clear message. I like the progression in line weights you advanced to- with the calligraphy as the current state. I have to say i like the 6th one the best though. |
they are ok, i would use more varied line widths to make it look more interesting because right now they're boring...and when i say varied line widths i mean outlining the outside then the inside instead of using the slanted brush

Thanks for the responses and pointers. A next step would be experimenting with the brush strokes/lines. But I must say, I'm pretty pleased with the way the gradients turned out in the 4th and 6th ones. I want to play more with that, but the only reason it works there is because those two images are open whereas all the other images are closed. Something I can think about when making more, I suppose.

excellent positions of the objects and the colors are really easy on the eyes. bravo!
If you're gonna make new ones then do try experimenting with the line widths as suggested. It should make the lines more dynamic :) |
reminds me of dancers

That has a simple look to it, but it's so neat and it says so much. I love it.
