Birthday Dancers

There was a family gathering to celebrate some birthdays and Mother's Day all rolled together. My sibs, their SO's, and my parents (90 and 81) all were there. I gave each household a 5x7 Tree Dancer in lovely curved glass frames with trees screened the face that my Lady found on sale last winter. There was a total of 6 Dancers for the 6 households. A couple of BD's were belated and a couple were rather early. They were all well quite generous with their thanks - a truly successful gifting

The second is my favorite, but all of them are lovely, kramus. Lucky, lucky family

Hey Jinn - I was pleasantly surprised at the way my sibs were so positive about the small Tree Dancers when they saw the ones I gave my 4 kids at Christmas. And now it seems that my Dancers have fans everywhere now. That is very cool

Thanks Cinn. I've noticed different people have different Tree Dancers they like. I tend to like most all of them, but it is nice that ones which are a bit, almost experimental, get the nod.

You always have nice things to say about my work Snowy. Thanks so much.

I keep meaning to ask you to do me up one of these. I think it'd go good on my wall.

P'raps I'll PM you in the near future.

Oh my gosh kramus, you already knew I love your work, but these...wow.
Being a former dancer, I really love them, all of them.
Seriously.

Any time Martian. Glad to do it

I didn't know you danced Settie. I love the way dancers are form and intent through time and space, particularly when it is a female form and the space is full of music. Dancers are great! Thank you so much for your lovely words re my work

They seem in a world all their own.. when I look at your work I usually look outside to see if there is such a breeze moving the trees around me.. as if the page could leap up and breath life into the cityscape.

Sometimes it does.. sometimes it doesn't. Still a joy to see them, regardless
