His telekenetic proficiency exceeds 9000nt/s (newtons per second) in 1atm. He can also summon 25lb car batteries, which he hurls at his foes.

You know, that fish guy was kinda the inspiration for the character design! That fish had arms though <_< >_>.......

I've been playing AD&D for quite some time now... I think I'll have something new on my mind every time I send my PCs into the deep blue after something... Mind if I use him for an NPC in my world?

yeah, i got banned from the Forum i was going to use him in because i flamed the admins on a different board. They were so humiliated, they had the admin on that forum deleate their accounts! now that's an asskicking!

So sure, go ahead and use em!
