I was scanning from my sketchbook, pulling artwork in order to create a form of online lo-rez portfolio using my MSN space (see my profile for the link). Here are some drawings I don't think I have posted before.
The first 4 are of the same model. The last one is a way to clear my head of the first 4

These are a few more. 2 different models. I am including the drawing of the youngster because I liked the way he turned out.

I always love seeing your work.

Daniel_ 09-02-2006 08:30 AM

Beautiful.

I love your use of colours that one would not naturally think of.

kramus 09-03-2006 04:21 AM

Hi Ng :)
Thanks Daniel. I found that the pencil crayon is a very friendly tool when doing that sort of sketching. The colours always seem right for some reason.

I'm going to bump all my art threads - attachments uploaded to TFP are going to be deleted as per http://www.tfproject.org/tfp/showthread.php?t=123398, and I would like to put this stuff out there one last time :)

Titan_Uranus 09-05-2007 12:29 AM

These are really nice ,makes me want to start sketching again.

kramus 09-05-2007 06:55 AM

Hi Titan, thanks for the looksee :) These were from a little while ago, before I moved to TO. While jobsearching I've also just started researching places here in town that have drop-in life drawing sessions. It is a great way to keep the hand/eye in synch, and I don't do enough of it.

Saw this old thread, links dead from some TFP server purge in days of yore, and thought I'd post a new figure drawing in the spirit of what the heck.

love the one with the girl on her back with her legs pulled together to guard her 'modesty'.

DaveOrion 03-18-2011 04:12 PM

Nice (by that I mean I enjoy your work)

Strange Famous 03-19-2011 03:23 PM

The one with the girl cross legged... that is genuinely good.

(not sayin the others arent... but I like that particular one a lot)
