I'm surprised no one's mentioned their preference when it comes to women. Personally blondes do nothing for me. I prefer a classic beaty with red or brown hair

I only have the blond thing with men. Women are allowed to have darker hair. Now if I could only put a picture of my cute curly-haired neighbor on the internet...
Anyhow if I had a "type" when it comes to women, there are a few types I've found myself attracted to repeatedly. I have no idea why, but these are just the patterns I've noticed in myself over the years. Of course for me, it really depends on chemistry and personality too, so there's no guarantee of this, but... . One would be the obvious boy-looking dyke type. Usually they have been pretty small, slim and not curvy, with straight dark hair. Generally they have tattoos and wear jeans and big belts and such. The second type is blond women with a slightly heavier build, not fat at all but a little big-boned, with a more generous figure and kind of a squarish face. They are a more feminine type but still androgynous and do things like work on their cars and whatnot. The third "type" is very pretty, feminine, often with curly hair. I fell hard for a woman in my photography class years ago who had a mane of curly hair and delicate features combined with unusually pointed little eyeteeth that showed when she smiled. She drove me crazy! Last edited by Squishor; 12-19-2004 at 11:04 AM.. |

I just thought I'd revive this thread because I actually found an example of "my type"...well, assuming he visited a dentist...that I can find on the internet.
Who knows who this is? No fair cheating! Here, this picture might be easier: |

I would copy and paste a picture of a celeb also but I'd be lying to myself because the person that I am with possess such beauty that melts me even when he is away. I like slim and tall, luscious lips and a lot of hair, I like brown skin, and a flat stomach, and he has all of that and more!

Lurkette, who is that beautiful goth chick you posted? The first one? I can't help but keep coming back to look at her!
As for my preferences, I like the following celebrities (other than those who I listed in "celebrity women I'd like to fuck) Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt. I like tall thin art-geek brown guys I like chicks with dreads I like tall geek boys in general. I like a bit of a belly. No abs for me! I like the squishiness. I don't like blondes most of the time, but there's always exceptions (ie. the lady in Nancy's avitar is uberhott.) But I love my chubby tall dark and hairy man. |

I can't explain it, but this was my first crush (around kidergarden or first grade age):
I had a poster very similar to this above my bed, and would go to sleep dreaming of an old bleach blonde lion tamer! I guess I've always had a love of the outlandish, because today, my type could be summed up in this picture: Oh, how I love androgyny! Last edited by nickynicole; 07-15-2005 at 02:46 PM.. Munchkin - I wasn't sure either until spectre helped me out. Right under the text box there is a field where you can manage attachments. Just browse your hard drive and attach them (limit of five).

Thank you very much for the help.
I think I may be blind, because all I see below the text box are two boxes to tick. One says Automatically parse links in text and the second says Disable smilies in text. The only thing that I see to add images is a button above the text box that says insert image. However, when I click on that, a dialogue box opens and asks for an internet address. I do not get an option to search my hd. |

Well, I can't post attachments yet But if you aren't too lazy to google Greg Dulli from the Afghan Whigs and Twilight Singers is very sexy and a pretty good kisser (he didn't have a pen for an autograph so what could a girl do?)
I also love Jude Law especially in Talented Mr. Ripley. I've always liked Brad Pitt, but he is way too popular. I loved John Corbet (aka Aiden from Sex and the City) especially his second time around. And Jason Lewis (aka Smith). And the one's already mentioned Edward Norton (American History X especially) Johnny Depp Ryan Philippi I am brain-dead right now...will have to come back I suppose.

I like a variety of 'types' ... sometimes the Pretty Boy, a la Johnny Depp or River Phoenix (god was he a beautiful creature)
.. sometimes the Geek-ish looking type a la Ed Norton in Fight Club ... ... but I think the best examples of my type are : Trent Reznor Christian Bale I like them Dark and Mysterious. rawr.

I love all these pics-- I would agree with everyone of Ella's!
My type of man is the steroetypical -- tall dark and handsome!. At least 6', dark hair, blue /brown eyes, muscular (however bodybuilder-type is too much), and they must have good teeth! ps. this is definately one of my fav threads...yum, yum

Oooo ladies, I love this topic. I love a guy who is smart, mature and loves to make me laugh. I'm also strangely attracted to geeks/outcasts. It's hard to explain my exact type so here are some pics of the yummiest men I can think of:
Jim Carrey Brendan Fraser (yummmmm) Alan Rickman Matt Damon Clay Aiken and Jon Bon Jovi There are many more but I don't want to hog all the space here. I also LOVE John Cusack, Marilyn Manson (he drips sex IMHO), Toby Keith and Trent Reznor. I'm sure there are more but I can't think of them at the moment. Hmm it's hard to think of celebrities everyone hasn't always named yet....
And it's also kind of hard because while faces do catch my eye quite a bit, it's always other things that seem to make "my type". The types of faces I find attractive can vary quite a bit. But "my type" always tends to be a rather skinny (sometimes with muscle tone, sometimes without) guy with somewhat longish hair. I prefer brown or black hair, but there's something so attractive to me about bleached blonde hair with the roots coming in. I seem to go for either the "drugged out" look or the "geeky" look....and I love a guy in tight-ish jeans, boots, or...I dunno...with a weapon in hand. I suppose for faces, I tend to like a somewhat femenine "pretty" look, but there has to be something very manly about the features...like a prominent jawline. I think that's what I don't like about Leonardo Di Caprio....is that his face is just too...soft and round. Oh, and I like dark eyes. Gordon Levitt. Yeah, he's usually all geeky and skinny. But like I said...I like the geeky, skinny guys. And his arms look pretty nice here. Josh Hartnett. Yum. Heath Ledger in this picture. Long brown hair. Tight jeans. Boots. *drool* And...there's just something so sexy about a cowboy (Val Kilmer as Doc Holiday) |
