I bought my first toy! And a question of colour....
 

My roommate and I went sex toy shopping last night....and I bought my first toy. It's not very high quality, more of a novelty thing. "Hot Pinks" 6 1/2 curved jelly vibrator. But it's so much fun! I think I had more fun putting it on my nose and making myself sneeze than actually using it for its intended person...OK, that's a lie.

What colour is your vibrator/dildo/toy of choice? Any particular reason? Mine is pink...and I didn't really consider any toys that weren't pink. I don't know...it's just a colour that makes me smile. So what colour? Why? Have a lovely day.

the one I use most out of my collection is a deep purple jelly one (non curved) next to green purple is my fav color and this one is my fav toy cause it has "veins" all over it I call it my grape ape

I really like the clear pyrex or acrylic ones - they look so sleek and clean. After that, I think purple would be my preferred color in this as in all things.

I just have a silver vibrator, with a clear silacone sleeve. However, if I had a choice in what color it came in, I could choose a pastel pink or purple- they are too cute.

mine's purple see-through hard-plastic. if/when i buy another it'll probably also be hard-plastic becuase it's easy to clean, and it holds temperature a bit more. there's something REALLY sexy about COLD vibe in warm pussy!! That said, I'd feel silly w/ a pink vibe! but that's me :shrug:

As for me, my favorite is PURPLE of course! It is a clear hard see through that has 3 different gel sleeves that can go over it with different textures and angles. So, basically I get 4 in one and I use what ever my mood is or what my sweetie wants to pick if he is in on the play at the time.

jelly vibes are generally soft rubber or some similar feeling product. they flex when you push them, while the one's I prefer are "stiff" if you'll excuse the double meaning. ;) You can also see jelly sleeves over hard vibes. I've read they're harder to keep clean, though. Non-porus is the way to to! easy cleanup :)

no worries Minx, I had to have Taja encourage me a whole bunch before I went and got myself one. it's a lot of fun for something new to add to the mix :)

my little silver bullet is awesome...but hot pink double is REALLY cool too!

Mine is red and hard plastic (I'm not a big fan of the flesh colored toys). Next on the list is either the rabbit or a g-spot vibrator..not sure about the color though. I just bought a friend of mine a purple one. Hopefully she'll use it and not chicken out!

On a side note: my b-day presents came a few days ago.. I'm so happy!! My favorite one by far is the pink jelly butterfly!!!

I don't have a fave color for a vibe, doesnt matter. My clear pyrex is awesome you can put it in the freezer for a refreshing feeling, or warm it up, and it's easy to clean. My fave vibe is called the 'dillo I think, it has a penis-like thing that rotates 360 and you can fix the curve, and then a little armadillo like thing that has two "ears" that fit on either side of the clit. It's pink, I think.

The first one i bought was a metalic green. I call it the jolly green giant, hehe. Next came a silvery blue jelly, and my boyfriend just bought me one of those really pretty glass ones. It's clear with dark blue running from bottom to top and a pink flower blooming at the head. I love the glass ones, they're so pretty and everyone is unique. Mine was bought off ebay and the chic who makes them calls herself annie glass girl... i'm really mad the i can't remember her website now!

and yea i'm a fan of pink in general, and it seems like an especially nice colour for my pink parts :D

I have two; a smallish, off white colored one and a larger, purple one.

Of course, they're both named. The purple one is called Barney and the off white is My Preciousssss.

Aw yay, I love my Lover. He just got me one and it's blue and it looks like a cute smiling dolphin. I was scared, but now I'm happy. Heeeeeeeeheeeeeeeeeeeeee. :p

mine glows in the dark. i went with my bf to get one and we got that one because it was a mix of sorta cheap but not too cheap that we wanted. but he keeps it at his house because i don't really have anywhere to keep it in my parent's house.
