What a great thread!!!
I love Guns & Roses. "Sweet Child of Mine" is one of those tunes that I hum when I need a little cheering up - always works.

I wouldn't say I'm a fan, but I can definitely rock a few of their songs. "Sweet Child O' Mine" included. :-)

Back in my college days, I used to blast GnR in my dorm room. Partly to piss off my snobby roommate, partly because I thought they were awesome. I have seen them in concert and loved it! Their older stuff, from the late 80's, early 90's is what I like the most.

I've never been a huge fan, but in my teens I had lots of friends who loved them. I never got it. These days I have to sing their stuff at gigs, so it's come back to bite me. But I have to say that I enjoy singing 'Sweet Child of Mine' the best out of all of them. 'Live and Let Die' is cool too. One I truly hate singing, but everyone seems to love, is 'November Rain'. In fact I once got paid an extra 100€ to play that song two more times by some dude. Ugh. Whatever keeps people happy
