I suppose since the recent emphasis on referrals, I'd chip myself in. I've actually been a member since a few hours after v4.0 came up (hence the low user ID), but only recently (ie: since the Titty Board went down) started posting in other places (and enjoy it more than the T.B.).

I've been around since v2 that I really remember, though I may have been here on v1 as a lurker.

I'm a 20 year old native-born Scot, though I've lived in the US on the East Coast for all of my life I can remember. Fun times on this board. Remember, newbies: the site doesn't exist to serve you, you exist to contribute content (posts, personality, etc.) to the site.

I'm about half way through reading this entire forum (yes, I have no life), and I already have a few favorites bookmarked -- namely: The Ladies' Lounge, Tilted Knowledge, Tilted Gaming, and Tilted Cooking. There's also that cow thread from Tilted Nonsense that looks pretty fun (I have this thing about cows). When I'm not reading TFP, I'm geeking out on video games or hanging out on IRC, or finding new and novel ways to waste time^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^Halleviate the tedium. :)

I'm new to the site, as far as I can tell this community is rather enjoyable to hang around. I joined because of a friend's interest in the site, so I am lucky enough not to expect anything. So far I have been very happy, and I have met some nice people on the IRC channel, so hang in there is all I can say.

My name is Dan, but my co-workers call me "Roadrage".

The last forum I was actively involved in has turned into a juvenile quasi-flame fest. For a while it was fun for a while, but I grew bored of the same morons using the same unoriginal insults (unworthy of being called flames) on each other.

I was directed here by a former co-worker. She said this place actually had a brain, a backbone, and some uncommon sense. From what I seen lurking the past couple of days, I like it so far. We'll see how it goes from here.

hmm...brief introduction, let's see...I'm a 19 year old male going into my 3rd year at college. I attend Southern CT State Univ, and I'm majoring in Buisiness Administration with a specialization in Management of Info Systems. Hobby's include Computer Hardware and software, Gaming (more of a past-time for me...but i still play from time to time), Cars (i dont know much, but im just starting to really get into them), All kinds of music (from classic rock to alternative to prog rock to rap to pop to r&b, and maybe some others i dont have listed).
