It's very rare to actually find forums that AREN"T filled with trolls and flamers coming out the whazooo.

But yes, the TFP is so reeking of awesomeness it's not even funny. Actual content and real people communicating to each other with proper grammar?!? The world indeed is a better place.

Not *exactly* a newbie but thought I would say hello.

I was about for ages before the time we had to register and was quite the poster but I seem to have made no impression on anyone as know body remembers me :(

I was the one who constantly had his posts moderated as they were about the prices of drugs and also had a on going saga about me dating my older woman (of which i got some good advice and am still dating ;)

Been in Brazil and now stuck at my parents house in UK on dial up - pah. Broadband soon though - yay!

P.S. Why is it that everyone keeps asking questions like, "How do I access ______?" or "How come I can't get cool stuff next to my name?" I've only known about this site for about 48 hours and these seem to be glaringly obvious answers if you've read any threads before posting a new one. Not that I haven't been guilty of missing the instructions at the top of the math test that say "answer any three," but I would think that you wouldn't want to broadcast the fact that you just got here and you don't feel like learning the rules.

Speaking of which (yes I know I just P.S.'d a P.S), I couldn't find where it said the rules of inappropriate posts. I know that I'm not supposed to be negative, but does that mean no criticism whatsoever? Also, as I mentioned I have an extremely politically incorrect sense of humor. Do I have to worry about offending people? Thanks,
