NSFW does not always mean nude...sometimes its really loud obnoxious noises, so i would look at it as more of a red light if youre at work, not a yellow

Yep, I agree with you there. I would consider this whole forum NSFW as well. I have thought of that as well in the past, because it is largely a community based around sexuality and alternate views.

Thats what I do everytime I'm browsing this in the labs at school. I turn off pictures too just incase i miss a NSFW tag and open a thread.

Even so, I can just imagine an instructor peering over your shoulder while you're browsing the sexuality forums. Wouldn't be pretty.

Really all threads here are NSFW because people are free to use a picture of some chick getting in the ass real hard as their avator. At least for me this makes it impossible to surf this site at work or in public areas. The use of porno pics all over the site restricts my access to a short time, which is usually devoted to all porn viewing. Now unnamed people are all pissy because guests of this site do not post enough. I would not rather squander my precious porno viewing minutes on posting, I would however squander non-porno viewing time here but that is currently not an option.

General Information:

You can turn off the avatar view in user CP....thus allowing you to view at work, and possibly contribute more than one liners in the titty board.

Really shouldn't be taken literally. NSFW is roughly equivalent to PG13 and above.

Used on Fark a lot too (not sure where it actually originated) - a "Boobies" link to a picture gallery marked SFW usually just means there's no nipple, your employer is still unlikely to be amused by your browsing galleries of scantily clad women on work time.
