Deleting a thread?

I posted a mistake thread. It was supposed to be a poll, but I forgot to check the "poll" box, so it came up w/o one. I tried to edit and make a poll, and also tried to delete it. Neither worked and the latter said I didn't have access to do this.

Is that true. Do only mods have that right?

True. Hit the "Report this thread to a moderator" button in your bad poll, and ask nicely for them to delete the thread.
