AWWWW!!!! :D Your kitten's adorable.

How old is Annabelle? A month?

Good luck, dude!

onodrim 10-13-2005 09:54 AM

The cuteness is overwhelming! :) I hope you and your new pet have many long years of happiness ahead of you. :)

IsuGuy 10-13-2005 10:44 AM

She is 3 months old

raeanna74 10-13-2005 11:08 AM

What a cutie. I like the broken tabby stripes that look more like leopard spots.

They are so sweet when they're little.

IsuGuy 10-13-2005 11:17 AM

She *can* be soooo sweet and loves to sit on my lap and sleep. However she can also run at full speed from one end of the house to the other non-stop for what seems like hours..LOL..its fun to watch because we have hardwood floors and she will try and go around a corner and slide butt first into the wall.

Cutie!!! I need to get one eventually. We got a dog first, but my heart resides with the kitties!

IsuGuy 10-13-2005 12:25 PM

Its funny you mention that because i am exactly the opposite. I dont really like cats and I really wanted a dog. But we live in town and I dont have the yard for a dog. So we got a kitty and I will admit that I am really enjoying having her, when she is not getting into trouble.

She has a great M on her forehead. That means blessed by Mary.

Our tabby has a W which we take to mean she is the anti-christ. She actually attacked a bible.

Very cute :) and I love the name Anabelle.

Get her declawed...I know it sounds mean but if you love your furniture do it. We didn't do it to our cat because it can be quite painful for them. However, when he clawed our $600 chair...we changed our outlook.

I love her, Annabelle is a beautiful name. Many fun days and cosy nights are on your way

k925 10-13-2005 11:11 PM

Very cute!

Did you get a Frech manicure to match the kitty's paws? :D

By the way, on a somewhat-related note, I second the declaw notion (for the cat!).

Sultana 10-14-2005 09:13 AM

Ohhh, how sweet! I'm a big ole cat lady. Congrats. :)

Bwahahahaha!!

n0nsensical 10-14-2005 11:03 AM

No! No declawing. If you can't stand to have your furniture clawed, you should think twice about having a cat in the first place.

Meditrina 10-14-2005 11:15 AM

OMG - she is adorable! Now I want another kitten.

JustJess 10-14-2005 11:43 AM

Anabelle is adorable, just beautiful. Awwww!!!

Please, don't even think about declawing. Train them better, get them scratching posts, but don't cut off their little toes at the first knuckle, don't leave them defenseless. It's mutilation.

Thats a price you pay for having expensive items and a cat.

Those who declaw cats just make me saddened and sickened.

Claws are as much of a part of cats as their whiskers are.

Awesome cat ! I love cats, they are some of the best photo takers there are.

jujueye 10-14-2005 11:03 PM

Sweet and wise. I want one. Well, I'm allergic...but still want one.

oberon 10-14-2005 11:11 PM

That cat looks a lot like my 2 year old tiger tabby. :)

I agree about the declawing. You just have to train your cats properly, and provide them with plenty of appropriate things to scratch (e.g. scratch posts, cardboard honeycombs, door hangers, etc). I did, and mine have yet to scratch any of my furniture in the 2 months that I've had them. They beat the shit out of the toys but they don't touch my furniture. I haven't even had to discipline them with water sprays. :)
