Re: Live forever. Cost? One life per year.

the fact that you see murderers as just targets for murder, and therefore justify your act is a curiously solipsistic perspective. Personally, I would like to think I would say no, but it's hard to know what pressure I would feel if the situation were staring me in the face. |
I don't care for the idea of watching all my friends and family bitting it while I keep on living. I kinda like the idea of growing old and having my grand kids dote over me.
Having a pretty young nurse change my diapers might be fun:) |
genetically i'm supposed to have a pretty long life anyway ... so nah. but that's a great question.

I wouldn't, that would mean having to watch everyone I love get older and die, I'd rather die with them, what's the point in living a lonely life? And then there's the killing factor, I don't think I could live with the guilt of taking a life, even if they deserved it.

I would say no. Don't feel like living forever. I just want a good run, some fun, a few insights, and a spaced-out funeral. |
I'd become a soldier, a bount hunter or a mercenary.
In other words, excuses aside, yes. But as metioned before, I'd kill the scum of the earth, and in England (where there's no death penalty for murderers) there's an abundance of it. It's a bloody hard question to answer, but my self interests would probably take priority over morals that would probably be long gone once I reached 1000 or something. |
