A few minutes after leaving a bar I saw a motorcycle wreck (two people on a bike who left the bar a few minutes before me). One car had already pulled over to help but as I drove past I saw a leg on the side of the road and the next thing I knew I was driving through what sounded like gravel. Turned out to be a mush of blood, skin, motorcycle parts and asphalt. I stopped at a motel a hundred or so yards up to call 911 but there was a nurse already on the phone doing the same thing.

Also saw someone get hit by a car while I was in college. He was walking across the street in a huge pedestrian crossing and the car just kept coming. He went up and over the hood and roof landing crumpled up on the sidewalk.

right to lifers

yesterday they were out again.

about a month ago, i came out of the exchange where i work, and the building was surrounded with people who had 5' x 3' signs with pictures of mutilated fetuses & slogans like "abortion kills" on them. really gross. i've got an infant at home, so they probably affected me more than they would've a few months ago.

i am pro-choice biased, but i think my reaction was based more on a gut feeling of, "thanks for wrecking my day you fucking fundamentalist bastards." i mean these photos made me want to puke and cry and hit somebody at the same time, and there were a lot of 'em & they were big.

i am also free speech biased, so i have violently mixed feelings about these dickbags. it was all i could do to not slap the propaganda pamphlet some granny type tried to hand me right out of her hand.

i'm really bummed they're back this week. really fucks with me on the way home. are they doing this in any other cities this summer?

OMFG, that is horrible. I can't even begin to imagine. To me, seeing that would be worse than someone in a horrible car accident. Dunno why, but it would.

to this day I can not listen to the song "Another one bites the Dust'. The last time i had that song stuck in my head i saw a 96 yearold man commit suicide by jumping of a fourth story balcony. That and watching my grandpa die when i was really young didnt help either.

:| i just saw that link some guy posted about a girl pooping all over herself, GROSS that is fuckin disturbing :S omg gross man...

mrquackers 08-21-2003 05:07 PM

Doesn't compare to a lot of these - but a 78 or so year old man in a grape smuggler bathing suit.

It's been 11 years and I still shudder

wabbit 08-21-2003 07:53 PM

911 imagery was profoundly disturbing. Even more so was the video some guy made in which he voiced over 911 footage with verse describing the masturbatory fantasies he was experiencing from the events.

In the same league as the above was a website that some guy in Toronto had running which consisted of an extensive compilation of full color coroner photos of people who had met an extremely violent demise.

I wanna die now.

Rippley 08-22-2003 01:27 AM

There's two things that come to mind:

1:A video I saw online about 4 years ago, of some guy chopping off the outer two joints of his little finger. The blood sorta squirts when the skin first breaks... eeww...

2:a picture of the remains of some one who died in their bathtub. That's bad enough, but this person used an electric heating element to warm their water. It didn't shut off before the water was boiling. The person wasn't found for a while, so they got boiled before beginning decomposition for real...it's just this brown, vaguely human-shaped, goo... That one shows up on the inside fo my eyelids once in a while.

I've seen that one! I can't remember where I saw it, but the detective that responded said it took days worth of showers to get the smell off him.

i was driving on the highway about a month ago and i saw some police lights up ahead. there had been a one car accident, when i drove by there were portions of two bodies in the road with blood everywhere. I read in the news the next day that their car had flipped and the two people were thrown from their car cause they werent wearing seat belts. there bodies were absolutley wrecked from the car rolling over them. and i saw it....

lt1s10 08-22-2003 11:38 PM

The worst I've seen is an accident at a gas station. In the front stall of the lane an elderly man finished pumping his gas. Jumps in his car and thinks it's in drive I guess. Gases it hard but it's in reverse. Hits the car behind him and it smashes the other driver pumping gas against those metal pipes full of concrete that keep you from banging the pumps. He was smashed then hit the ground. He died on the scene before help could arrive. The fire station was only 2 blocks up the street and they were there within 5 minutes. I made the first 911 call. His mother was also in the car while it was hit. Thankfully she was only bruised. It was really hard seeing her on side of the scene nothing she could do to help.

It got worse the next day. I found out the guy was the cousin of a friend of mine. Only married 2 years and just had his first child.

IC3 08-23-2003 06:08 AM

I can't believe the most distrubing thing I have ever seen was on the Net...But then again, The Net can be a pretty twisted place.

I guess the most disturbing thing I have ever seen is that fucking Goaste pic, I am positive that it's fake, But still nasty as hell.

Once a saw a video where some Indonesian (or people from that area) carry out a sentence from stealing. This guy is laying on a bamboo mat and you can see that his right leg is severed from the ankle and the foot is on a pool of blood. The some other guy comes and ties a ribbon or something on his left wrist, obviously to stop the bleeding and while holding the man's hand a third one comes with a huuuge knife and with a one smooth motion cuts his hand off from the wrist. It really made my stomach turn to see this guy wriggling on the mat and must have screamed his lungs off from the pain (there was no sound luckily!) and maybe the most disturbing fact is the way the mutilate someone for the rest of his life and basically make him seriously handicapped.. they have no right!!!

(sorry for my mistakes, I'm finnish)

KellyC 03-15-2004 10:25 PM

WWII footage of Jewish prisoners. So skinny that it's just skins and bones walking or lying around. Especially little kids. Samething with American prisoners in Japanese camps in WWII. And a mountain of dead corpse every now and then by the road.

And umm...once..I opened the bathroom door and my grandma was naked...she forgot to lock the door again. I was only a 10 back then....thats one of the main reasons why I'm so fucked up..........

03-16-2004 12:31 AM

im with the russian soldier throat slitting clip.. that kept me up for 2 days straight.

what is that goatse thing? im afraid to look

hu-man 03-16-2004 04:07 AM

Most disturbing thing I've seen is a clip from an internet TV show called Cal's High Weirdness or something. Anyway, ony guy liked to chop off his toes and fingers, and he chipped off the last joint of his middle finger. He had put an elastic band on the finger so it wouldn't bleed much, but he removed it afterwards. It was so disturbing! I could just hear the sound of metal hitting bone, and see the bone in the finger afterwards.
I've also read The Wasp Factory by Iain Banks. That is a pretty fucked up book... at one point the main character is describing how his brother ended up insane. He was working in a hospital, taking care of and feeding babies that were so deformed that they couldn't survive in the real world. It was a hot day and the aircondition had gone off, and the baby he was feeding had a metal cap over his head, because the skull had never developed and the skin was really thin. The baby was acting more silent than usual, not following him with his eyes etc, and suddenly he thought he saw soemthing move underneath the metal cap... so he removed the cap, and was met with the sight of a hollow skull full of maggots, eating the poor baby's brains. Apparently flies had entered through the broken airconditioning and had found a suitable place for laying their eggs... bon appetit!

mattevil 03-16-2004 05:44 AM

I've saw a man die before my eyes when I was visiting my grandfather in the hospital(he was his hospital roommate).
I also came upon a Klu Klux Klan meeting while hiking in the woods with my boy scout troop(some of the troop was black so we all ran like hell out of fear). Not much fazes me but those moments stick out.

wubbawubba 03-16-2004 07:13 AM

I road with the EMS a couple of times, had a guy with a 6 inch long sliver of glass stuck in his eye.

agball 03-16-2004 07:26 AM

2 Things come to mind:
1. 9/11 - I was downtown in Manhattan that morning in a building down in SoHo, with outstanding views of both towers. I did not see the planes hit the towers, but did here the big bang. From there it was terror on earth. bloodied people running down the streets who had been hit with falling debrie. The worst was watching people jumping from the buildings, just shocking. It took a long time to get the images out of my head.
2. When I was about 16 years old, I was with a group of friends & we were not the best kids in the world. It was late at night and we were messing around when we came across Mazda Miata. Being the idots that we were, one of my firends said, lets see if we can turn it on its side "brilliant" So the 4 of us proceeded to lift it up & got it over our heads. Then it was time to put it down and we all let go, except one of my friends. The car proceeded to come down on his knee and his ankle exploded outward. We got the car off of him and he was fucked!! he foot was hanging on just by some skin and his bones were jolting out with blood everywhere. The funny part was the first thing out of his mouth was "Shit, now I can't work out" - this guy was very into bodybuilding. needless to say he had multiple surgeries and walked with a cain for years, but is now fully recovered.

But you know how many people they prosecute? In America there are currently 2 MILLION criminals in prison. Indonesia has 62, 886, with only 29 prisoners per 100,000 people, or 1 in every 3500 people. The US incarceration rate is 686 per 100 000, or 1 in 200 people. Louisiana and Texas have a 1/100 rate.
This traditional practice of punishment for criminals is a result of a people with strong values that I believe is justified. Perhaps if we had a better way of dealing with criminals instead of letting them think how much the system sucks in jailcells, there would be less crime in america.

[B]oh yeah, the most disturbing thing i've seen. That would have to be a video i saw on r33t.org a few years ago. This Japanese girl is sitting at a table with a bedpan in front of her. She stick her hand down her throat to induce vomiting. She does this many times and never seems to run out. Finally, when she's all done, she dips her hand in the bedpan, scoops out a bunch of vomit and eats it. She cleans out the bedpan.

I saw that and it was one of the most revolting things I have seen. What kind of person would do something like that??

runawayfetus 03-16-2004 09:42 PM

yea my buddies had a video called faces of death.. It was really fucked up. It had clips of people killing others, koreans butchering dogs and eating their entrails. a bunch of totally fucked up shit.. I seriously have the upmost hatred for anyone who could enjoy this stuff in anyway. seriously angers me

Toss up between a video of a guy taking a dump in a woman's mouth and a girl vomiting on another girl's crotch, then going down in it. Making me queasy just typing this.

There is many things in this thread that really are shocking...keep oon good conversatin...!

Dungeon_Shade 05-07-2004 09:49 PM

I have seen a few things that disturbed me. The scene in Volcano where the guy jumps into the lava and it shows him melting disturbed me when I was ten years old. I have always had a fear of dying by burning to death because when I was in 2nd grade, I was severely burned. My mom accidentally poured hot peach juice on my shoulder, and I saw my skin peeling off in large pieces.

I also had to watch a movie about car accidents, and they showed very gory images of dead people. One showed a guy bent in half, being crushed by a car and having his guts spilling all over his face. There were several other images, but none as disturbing as that.

I am drunk right now, so if none of this made sence, sorry.

Lokus 05-07-2004 10:16 PM

A picture of a baby with a birth defect called Harlequin Fetus. Just horrible....

irateplatypus 05-07-2004 11:35 PM

I attended Air Force Field Training at Lackland last year...

During the encampment phase of training we had a briefing on the effects parasites can have while you're out in the field.

one of the pictures was a person who was having projectile diarhea that was composed entirely of tape-worms. i cannot describe it in any way except picturing someone with a (literallly) gallon of spaghetti drenched in blood coming out of their rectum.

the sergeants who gave the briefing probably stuck that in their deliberately for shock value. there were about 350 of us cadets in the room... i'm guessing 40 stood up and ran to the bathroom immediately afterwards.

That is one of the two images that will stick with me always. The other is a video I saw about the training they put some cops through. They play the video of a cop walking up to the driver's side door and asking to see ID. The driver says, "Yeah it's right here," and reaches up to the visor, pulls a knife, and stabs the cop in the cheek. Just that scene (though not real) sticks with me to this day and I saw it about 15 years ago.

I know it was already mentioned, but the little girl who got hit by the train at the train station in Champaign/Urbana. She and her mother were walking across the tracks at the grand opening and to their left was a stopped train. Everyone could hear another train coming, and they all looked right. The train came from the left though on another track. The mom saw it and stepped back. She tried to pull her daughter back but it was too late. Her body actually exploded and her leg knocked over the tri pod that the camera filming it all was resting on. I couldn't sleep the night after I saw the tape.

Question.. when you download a file called 'slit throat', and observe a man having his throat slit.. where does the surprise factor come in?

Anyway, I use the internet a lot. I have seen some seriously fucked up shit, and it would take a lot to really reach me and make me sick anymore.. I remember when I was quite a bit younger, most disgusting images would make me heave and I'd have to take a break. Nowadays the same ones no longer bother me, I guess the shock value is gone or whatever, or I've just grown.
Once in awhile, though.. one video will come through that still manages to get a reaction out of me. Ones that come to mind right away are:

- The Russian throat-cutting thing that the thread was started about
- I saw a Chechnyan guy get formally executed by a couple of soldiers by throat wound. He didn't even put up a fight, so you knew it was planned. You saw everything :(
- Snuff film of a girl being shot in the face with a pistol

As far as real life goes, though..
- Watching my maltese chase down and kill a baby bunny :(
- Observing my friend fall off a large cliff, luckily somewhat unharmed.
- Geriatric man being hit by a car

Most disturbing thing........bonzai kittens, many many many pictures of suicides (Drowning, firearms, chainsaws...etc. They seriously almost made me puke.), my crotch after sex while on my period. errrrrrrr...yeah.

KWSN 05-09-2004 06:16 PM

hm. I heard a man die in my house once. My dad shot a burglar who broke in. Never actually saw the body.

Another disturbing moment was one boring summer day a long time ago (I used to remember when but I've forgotten) when there was suddenly a frantic pounding on our door. My mom goes over to get it and there's a guy we've never met going "Quick! It's Keith, something horrible's happened! Come help!" and she just runs frantically out of the house. I had no idea what was going on for 5 minutes until I listened in on the 911 call she made from our house. All I can remember was "The wall is just... on top of him..." Anyway, Keith was my neighbor, who we didn't know too well, and he was renovating his house, on his own. He was an engineer so he knew what he was doing. He had built the new house all around the old one, basically doubled it in size, and was taking down the old house's walls. He was on the last interior wall (which had the chimney attatched) and it fell right over on him as he was taking it down. The thing was he was young, athletic, and in shape. I had no idea how he could have not gotten out of the way. The man knocking on his door was his cousin. They were going to go on a hiking trip. He had knocked on the door to Keith's house several times and when no one answered, he went in to see what was the matter and he found Keith there. The most disturbing part was when I asked my mom whether he'd be OK. The response, after a long pause was just "......he's dead." It just freaked the hell out of me because we'd seen him earlier that day and he looked fine. And now he was dead. It was just scary as hell.

Another just gross image I have in my mind was when I was really young, maybe 10 or 11, and I went out on a pedal boat with one of my friends on a creek down the street from my house. We dragged it up on the shore and it was really heavy so we lifted it up on its side to drain it. I'd say that in the position it was in, it was about 8 feet high. The water is supposed to drain out in that position through a hole in the front, but it wasn't getting any lighter. If you can picture it, it looked like this: a rectangular boat, 8 feet long, up on its front, 2 kids propping it up from the bottom. Anyway, I asked my friend to go to the front and see if it was actually draining. He goes around it and I can't see him from around the boat. All of a sudden I hear a *SHHHHHK* *CRASH* *AAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!* I drop the boat back down and run to the front to see what happened. I had forgotten about the anchor. It was tied to a handle on the back of the boat and was resting in the back seat. It fell out when he ran to the front and landed RIGHT on the nail of his big toe. And this thing was SHARP. It stabbed him right through the toe and knocked the nail clean off. LOTS of blood and that metal thing went STRAIGHT through. That's after falling 8 feet, remember. So I untied the rope from the anchor and was afraid to do anything else, so I ran to the closest house and called an ambulance. They pulled him into it and he was fucking SCREAMING. I could just see that anchor hanging off his toe and I could feel the pain myself. I thought it was going to fall off and pull the whole damn toe off his foot. Ugh... it was disgusting. Whenever I think about it my own toe hurts like fuck.

fried chicken strips with old fries @ a fullon veg./vegan party

*true story*

okok, the girl stuffing her hand down her throat, throwing up in a bowl, and then putting it back in. that was pretty revolting

most death in life doesnt bother me, though some of the monkey/animal decapitation can be pretty bothersome @ times..

also, the crackheads downtown is pretty scary...they arent real people anymore..they have these things that take control of there bodies & personas

cartmen34 05-11-2004 11:10 AM

My buddies have sent me some stuff that turned my stomach.

One was a video of a couple of japanese girls sitting in a tub and barfing on each other.... then picking out pieces and eating them. share and share alike I always say, but that's just wrong.

Then I've seen a video of someone in a poor 3rd world country eat a kitten. Not so bad in of itself, as you can't tell what the meat is while they cook it. But the video starts with them killing the kitten. The guy gives it a good whack on the head, then starts cutting into it's neck, all while it's still alive and breathing. You can see the kitten start to struggle when it's neck starts to get cut. *gasps of shock&awe go up from the crowd*
I understand that poeple in poor countires have to do things to survive, but I personally just found it sad and horrible.

Oh, and anything on rotten.com will make me ill...and quickly.

iamweasel 05-11-2004 01:21 PM

I have seen most things and very few things bother me which ironicly does bother me (not being bothered by nasty stuff I mean)

I seem to be drawn by wierd stuff, I am intrigued by the workings of the human body and what it looks like from the inside.

oh well :)

redarrow 06-15-2004 02:20 PM

PDOUBLEOP 06-17-2004 09:28 AM

Seeing the aftermath of a head on collision was the worst for me. One car was a Corsica going 65mph and the other was a Beretta going 85mph. The kid in the Beretta just suddenly swerved over and hit the other car straight up. What made it so bad was the look on some womans face and her screams when she looked into the Corsica. I'll never forget that but I guess I'm lucky to remember it since I was driving the Corsica.

Derwood 06-18-2004 02:26 PM

Recently on ESPN they had a story about an NHL goaltender from several years back who had his carotid artery slit open by another player's skate in a collision in the goal. There was a 3 foot pool of blood on the ice in about 2 seconds.

Watching the clip made my blood run cold and I was seriously wigged out the rest of the night.

todd 06-18-2004 04:42 PM

It makes me sick just reading about this stuff.

A lot of people I know have been talking about how they saw the video of the Iraqis cutting the american guys head off, and how I should go check it out. What the fuck? Theres no way in hell I would go download that video to watch it.

and the break came at a spot where you could not see the
road was gone.....Nine cars went in--13 people died....they sent divers down to see if anyone was in the cars---they were...trapped by large pieces of concrete on them...it took several days to bring them up....I still have the pics on my PC....
and think how frightening it would be to be trapped like that....
maybe it's just my claustrophobia...VG

I was looking at the Wikipedia entry on internet shock sites. They had the usuals, and somtheing at the end called "Harlequin fetus syndrome." I figured that it couldn't be too bad, but when I clicked on the link, I discovered that I could both burst out crying and vomit at the same time. I won't link to it, I won't suggest finding a link to it. I couldn't even go back to my computer for half an hour after seeing it.

I googled "Harlequin fetus syndrome" and found a description. It seems like a lipid abnormality that causes horn-like armor plating. I read "horn-like armor plating" and think oh, wow that would be kinda cool. I'm too afraid to click on any of the google links because I know in reality it will be very, very uncool.

/likes his fantasy where "Harlequin fetus syndrome" turns people into fun loving, anthropomorphic, rhinos .

A few things:

A video clip of 2 women professional wresting in Japan. The 2 women were apparently really new, and completely untrained. One girl went for a piledriver (give the illusion of slamming somebody on their head) but actually just picked up and repeatedly dropped a girl on her head. After the first one, her neck was bent, but the other girl did it again.

There is a porn series called meatholes, featuring an old man as a director and not especially well known pornstars. He chokes them, beats them, all the while talking to them about their high school, parents, boyfriends, etc. The clip I saw featured a girl break down and cry not while she was being slapped or choked, but while she was having sex. The guy didn't stop the scene, but I turned off the clip.

Somebody mentioned a video of a squished seal. I saw a couple of squished baby seal bodies in real life. That was nasty when I realized how they died.

Once during the summer, I had to empty garbage cans in a park. One garbage can hadn't been emptied for like a month. I went to pull a garbage bag out of the can, got it out and it's bottom had ripped out. On the ground was the most foul smelling red liquid filled with maggots at least an inch long. Somebody had put in what I can only assume was meat into the garbage. After a month of being in an aluminum can in the sun and rain, and being eaten by hundreds of maggots, it had become a liquid sludge. I threw up like 5 or 6 times the rest of the day.

Amnesia620 06-30-2004 05:49 AM

In the early morning (1 or 2am) on Valentine's Day 2000...a friend and I were driving down a winding road and stopped at a red light with a small truck (Ford Ranger type) in front of us, when the light turned green, they sped off and we hurried after them only to watch them weave, over correct and flip the truck not 10 feet in front of us. I dialed 911 and the girl...Kate Cantinelli (spelling?) laid face down at me feet, already dead...we saw her twitch, reaching...told her not to move for fear she was badly hurt...only to be told that she was already dead by the time the ambulance and police got there. I was haunted for months from the nightmares of her body, no face, where she "got up" and kept trying to get me to "go with her"...I never saw her face...

Spanxxx 06-30-2004 08:25 AM

I have no desire to see the things I've seen.

I finally found someone mentioned rotten.com. I stumbled across this one once too. It's dangerous. There will be a funny picture, then something entirely more disturbing than most things I ever want to see.

I never want to see the death videos. Actual death is NOT like tv death, and I have no desire to actually see it happen. Seeing a life vanguish is not a pretty thing.

saut 06-30-2004 08:48 AM

Most of these are death/gore oriented, so mine is going to see quite tame, and perhaps a bit funny as well.

I was in ocean city last week with 3 of my friends. Well, one of my friends somehow managed to get laid. For some fucking reason, he didn't flush his used condom from the night before -- the next day, he pulls it out of god-knows-where and flings it at another one of my friends who then snatches it out of the air, and flips it up into his mouth like it was a potato chip. As soon as he tossed it up toward his mouth, a collective "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" came from all three of us as we realized what was about to happen (he has a habbit of eating unusual things for shock effect). I thought it was pretty fucked up.

PS: This thread is pretty old if I recall -- who's the one responsible for the necromancy?

Sargeman 07-01-2004 08:40 AM

Tubgirl definitely made me sick for a few days! Totally nasty! The guy getting his throat slit and then bleeding, very disturbing.

I too try not to click on disturbing images links and I don't download stuff off the internet anymore. Well I still download songs but legally now.

I did see a video of some bald headed guy stick his head in some woman's snatch. That one just totally freaked me out. It did look fake though. I think the video was in one of the aforementioned sites on this thread.

pinkie 07-01-2004 09:03 PM

*Wonders how many times "Tubgirl" has been mentioned in this thread already*

SinisterMotives 07-01-2004 09:32 PM

A girl I met on another board keeps her spontaneously aborted daughter in the freezer until she can give her a decent burial. She sent me a photo of one of the pieces.

Rdr4evr 07-01-2004 10:26 PM

Beheading, torcher, murder, and all those disgusting videos. I try not to watch that garbage anymore. Mostly shit at ogrish.com, ten times worse than rotten.

Human body exposed in new exhibit

Friday, July 2, 2004 Posted: 7:02 AM EDT (1102 GMT)

Three cadavers are displayed with their blood vessels visible in the "Body Worlds" exhibit.

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- A pregnant woman lies on her side with a hand behind her head as if posing for a nude photograph. But her dead body isn't the only thing exposed. Her heart, intestines and 8-month-old fetus are visible as well.

The woman was one of more than 200 people who donated their cadavers for use in "Body Worlds: The Anatomical Exhibition of Real Human Bodies," which makes its U.S. debut Friday at the California Science Center.

Intended to teach people about human skeletal, cardiovascular and other systems, the final exhibit includes 25 bodies that have undergone a process called "plastination" in which body fluids are replaced with clear, pliable plastic.

Most have been skinned or dissected to reveal muscles, bones, nerves and organs. Some show damage done by illnesses such as cancer and lung disease.
Front-page fucking news! Holy shit.

(edit) Even better is the immediate visceral reaction to the....uh... viscera.

(edit) And I just noticed

Quote:

The body parts didn't bother 16-year-old Zahra Nankani, who was visiting the center as part of a youth conference on medicine.

"I think it's amazing to see real live body parts, and the vulnerability and intricacy of a human body," Nankani said. "Most people don't get to see this."
They're NOT real live body parts. They're real dead body parts.

cosmoknight 07-02-2004 06:47 AM

When I was young I saw a small boy hit by a jeep after he ran out in front of it. His body was actually lodged up under the front fender into the engine and the whole front of the jeep had to be sawed off to free his body from the wreck.

*BUMP*:D
I wanted to finally start my own thread, but I thought just a bit more posting and rummaging through threads will do me some good in the meantime as I gather my thoughts.

So I am reviving this thread because of an incident that happened the first week I got my new laptop.

I was surfing around video websites that are known for funny and outrageous vids. So, while trying to find something that would eventually make me cringe for weeks afterwards, I went about clicking on almost any link that would send me into an uproarious laughter. What I can sparsely remember about the link's desciption was about a woman and apparent cuteness, but too bad she won't be cute for long.
"Okay", I thought, "This girl is about to get hit with an orange to the face, or she might trip over herself running after a guy who perturbed her while she was peacefully sitting in her wooden chair." What would follow, as the video started, was the girl from the description sitting―and crying.
Thinking to myself, "Why in the world is this girl crying?" two men abruptly appear on screen, quickly stifling her desperate pleas, and finally, 'BANG' 'CRASH'!

...She was shot in the face at point-blank range, the result of which ended with a sickening splatter of blood spewing from her lifeless body, as it was propelled backwards from the awesome force of the gunfire.
Fade to Black.
That was the final scene of that horrid video; a video that could not have been longer than 20 seconds, nor more despicable.

I found it whilst just trying to put a giggle in my system, but instead, I was subject to a cold-blooded murder over the internet. I will never be able to shake this memory from my mind, but I pray that I somewhat gained a pessimistic understanding that the world is not the one I know.
It is the one in this video, perhaps 100x worse in its graphic nature and heartless torture; the world is a cruel place; there is no changing that. But what can serve a greater purpose is striving to negate that inargueable truth by supplanting goodness in every action that we do.
I try, and sometimes falter, but I will commit to my effort to correct such atrocities that I and others have seen throughout our lifetimes by reaffirming that humankind is a gift.

Ballzor 04-13-2007 04:07 PM

Jetstream, I cant say for certain since I havent seen the specific video you're talkinig about. But I did hear about a video showing exactly what your describing that was a fake. I'm sure there are about 15 videos of the same type all over the web but I know of the one.

Best worst thing I've ever seen.. hrmmm so many to choose.

How about a corpse of a man who commited suicide in a bathtub, and was not found until all that was left was corpse stew.. mmmmm, tasty, but by far the most disgusting

man who commited suicide by positioning himself on a stationary buzz saw and pressing the start button. They found him the next day with half of him on the floor.

man cutting his own dick off. seen that far too many times.

guy who got his head blown off by a 50 cal sniper, couple shot gun splatters, etc

remnants of various suicide bombers is always fun (I had to do a project on em, the class loved me afterwards)

the one that got to me the most, and kind of started the insanity would be the picture of the pile of bodies I saw when I was 14 from Israeli-Palestine conflict. One of the soldiers got hit by an explosive and it took the top of his head off, only the brain got blown out and the skull cavity was left open. I didn't sleep and had a cold sweat the whoole night.

man bisected by a train

an asian who got run over by a car, only she got caught in between the body of the car and the wheel.

Oh, and all those beheadings that happened when we first invaded Iraq.

I saw a picture of a motorcycle accident where the guy hit a car, got cut in half and his torso landed in the passenger side of the car.

I visited Sri Lanka once and that afternoon a suicide bomber blew herself up at a police station. I happened to be eating dinner across the street that night and we went to go look inside. There was still blood on the walls.

I'm also an EMT, so we spent 2 months of the class looking at specific injuries and discussing them. I got to see just about every part of the body cut off, broken, crushed, blown off, shot, burned, and anything else I've forgotten. I saw a video of a woman killed in a car crash whose Eyes had been poked out. In the time that I spent runnig with a rescue squad i got to see all sorts of fun stuff. Worst being a car crash where a little boy was killed and what was left of half of him was squeezed out the side of the car. umm, a baby with fevrile seizures was probably the most emotional situation I've had.

When I was about 12, I went to a medical conference with my father. I spent most of the time in the hotel room and at the arcade, but I went down to meet him once so we could go to lunch. While he was talking to some friends I wandered into an open room not really paying attention. I was greeted by about 15 corpses.

Is it weird that for all that death, It's never bothered me, but I honestly would probably break down and lose it/ murder someone if I saw them kill a cat?

Call me sick but I know for certain that just about any gory horrible shit could go down in real life and while everyone around me would be freaking out I would be ready for action, unfazed, you pretty much have to when you work emergency services. a lot of people dont understand how you can work a job where so many horrible things happen, and they are disgusted and offended when we approach these things with humor. But for a lot of us thats the only way to deal with these things. We make horrible husbands/wives.

Man, i sure regret reading this thread.

kevpdx 04-16-2007 10:37 PM

Reading about this stuff doesn't bother me, but I didn't click any links.

I think the animal death thing is because we aren't desensitized to it like human death.

Most disturbing things for me:
Pics of ghosts at age 10
PETA vid of monkey testing (pretty sad, they beat them, throw them around, gag them, nasty stuff)
Some chick posing with her dead fetus
hai2u.com (go if you dare)
When I was about 11 I went to a site called Will She Gag? looking for some pr0n, didn't know about the gag part. I watch about a minute of a pretty good looking deepthroat bj, the video finishes with the guy plugging her nose and her puking everywhere with the dick still in her mouth.

Kpax 04-22-2007 10:44 PM

Honestly, I didn't read any of the stories posted, but that means I take you all seriously.

I'll mention a couple of "disturbing" things, not because I believe they are universally disturbing, but because I was definitely disturbed by them.

I saw the sequence of the Chinese lady stomping the kitten to death. That made me blog for a couple days in a row on violence, humanity's creepy fetish with it, and the need for justice...

Lately, I saw actual footage of a man shooting himself in the head. That disturbed me so much I actually spent a couple days online searching for where he could be buried so I could visit his gravesite for closure on the matter...

Lady Sage 04-24-2007 11:23 AM

1) Seeing a guy get run over by a bus while I was driving in the opposite direction.

2) Seeing a woman beat her child in a grocery store. Slamming her head on the conveyer belt, dragging her around by the hair, shoving her into the candy racks.

I have seen everything and more on the interwebs, everything. I have been on a team to "recover" plane crash victoms, and their belongings. I have seen everything I ever wish to see.

The one thing I will always remember as the most disturbing thing is the look in the eyes of someone I loved, someone I would have truly given myself over to, and cherished for as long as I could, saying goodbye and seeing no emotion behind those perfect green eyes. I will take that to my grave.

Well, that sounds heinous, and enough that I would also start a thread of my own, but there are always questions to be answered before something becomes real. I mean, do you know for sure if it isn't just some sick joke of a video? As well, what happened to the men? If they were caught and executed, this might help anyone traumatized by the video become a bit at ease.

I was at a strip club about a year ago, talking with this girl I knew that worked up front. Some rich old attorney had just been kicked out of the club for feeling on one of the girls, I thought nothing of it, it happens all the time. All of a sudden I heard a loud POP come from the front door and saw the manager fall backwards on the floor, with brains, blood, and skull fragments flying out of the back of his head onto the wall behind him. Turns out the guy had gone to his car, gotten his gun, and fired blindly at the door. Lucky shot eh?

Turns out he got in a big car chase with the police, but he made it home. Supposedly he was able to get home and hole himself up in his bedroom. When the cops entered the house, he fired at them and then he got gunned down.

Needless to say, I don't go to that damn club anymore.

But for some reason, after being subjected to all that the most disturbing thing that will be etched into my mind forever is when I stumbled onto a Bonzai Kitten website. For anyone who doesn't know, you place a newly born kitten inside a small glass jar and as they grow their bones shape around the jar and they are trapped inside forever. Their entire body becomes squeezed and sufficated in this tiny jar, unable to escape or move freely. Their head is the only exposed part of their body so they are able to breethe/eat and continue living in this caged environment. You can tell by looking at their eyes that they are suffering an unimaginable torture and just want to have it end. Even if you break the jar and let them free they still would be crippled because their bones haven't been properly developed.

As I saw these pictures I first thought it was some photoshop job because a cat could never fit into a tiny jar. I then learned the twisted process and became disgusted and pissed off that sick fuckers actually do this for amusement to poor innocent kittens. They think it's some form of art, and keep them as decorations around their house. I would love 5 minutes alone with a bonzai kitten "artist", It wouldn't be pretty...

Oh lordy, I just about cried when I read this. Animal abuse is something I just cannot tolerate emotionally. The fact that animals have no understanding of what is happening to them and no way to stop it, it just makes me feel physically ill. I think the people who do this should be put in cages as well. *glad to read this is a fake*

I find a lot of the stuff on here disturbing, and as was already said, the fact that man can do this kind of thing to man is what disturbs me the most. But when man does something cruel to animals, I find that even worse.

When Daniel Pearl was murdered, I did find the video and watch it, I felt compelled to, I was very curious. I watched and it shook me. I think the chanting that the murders were doing was what stuck with me the most, it was pure evil.

When I was about 13 I saw a video of a man being executed for his crimes. I can't even remember what he did, but I believe it was the electric chair. I cried for a long time. I know he deserved to die, but I felt wrong watching it.

I was working construction for a summer and my foreman told me a story of something he had experienced many years ago. They were working on this wet spongey land (there is a name for it, but I'm blanking) and this guy was operating a track ho on it. It sank into the stuff and burried the ho. He couldn't surface because it's not like water, you can't swim up. He communicated on his radio device until he died. I can't imagine the horror of talking to someone die and not being able to do a damned thing.

ItWasMe 05-23-2007 12:07 AM

Sixteen years ago I witnessed an accident between a car and a motorcycle. The motorcycle rider lost. His eyes were open, and he wasn't blinking. My boyfriend-at-the-time kept track of his pulse. I kept talking to him, counting how many seconds since his last breath and telling him to breathe again. He always did when I told him to. An off duty cop and a physical therapist were on the scene, and I think they should have been doing this. (I didn't know their occupations at the time) It was very obvious he passed away as the ambulance arrived. The whole scene was 'messy' and disturbing, and I wish we could have done more.

biznatch 05-23-2007 12:10 AM

I've read about 160 posts of this thread. I don't want to anymore, I'm done for the moment(I was already in a weird state of mind before starting to read this thread).
Anyway, once someone dared me to watch a video of someone cutting his own dick off with a kitchen knife. I really don't know why I watched the whole thing.

Tubgirl doesn't affect me much anymore, same with goatse.
Once I saw a picture of a fetus who had a weird tissue disease. I don't feel like describing, but it's face was just...w/e.

I don't know why we make ourselves witness these things. I'm done with watching these kinds of video or pictures. It's not interesting, it's just sad.

Geez. That must've been one lonely guy. Couldn't keep his hands to himself, and killed a guy who forced him to comply. He obviously didn't think the matter through. One touch worth your life? I don't think so.

It's ironic that the lawyer, in all his rage, ended up killing a guy as revenge, but although the man died a gruesome death, the fact of the matter is that last thing he saw was the flash of the gun. I don't think he felt any pain at all as his death was probably instant.

(BTW that must've been a powerful gun. I know a former bouncer who got shot through the chin at very close range, but the bullet lodged inside his mouth just above the molars it shattered, and he lived through it with no permanent injury)

Halx 05-23-2007 08:40 AM

Hahah.. banzai kitten is fake... it's one of the best hoaxes ever.

I just got the movie Mondo Cane from netflix, so I think I'm in store for some disturbing images. I'm actually interested in watching it for the sociological aspects.

tecoyah 05-23-2007 08:50 AM

Working for SAR in Yosemite...and cleaning up "Big John", as he called himself in the suicide note. He had Jumped off Glacier Point, and we used three bags for what was left. These were called Mop Ops, and it takes little imagination to understand why.

That was my last operation for search and rescue.

It was a .45 if I remember right. The manager was standing very close to the door, and the lawyer must've had the gun right up to the door to do damage like that.

What the hell is wrong with the world nowadays?

mirevolver 05-23-2007 10:57 AM

I was sitting at an intersection waiting for the light to change. There was a Jr High School at one corner of the intersection. A kid with his bike was waiting to cross. The light changed, a white car flew through the intersection. I heard a screech and looked in that direction. The white car wasn't moving. The bike was twisted metal and in several pieces. The 13-year old boy was on the ground 20 feet down the road, lying motionless.

The boy was pronounced DOA at the hospital. The driver of the car was charged with vehicular manslaughter.

My guess is that the lawyer had been kicked out of all other strip clubs in the area for the same reason, and he lost it. Lonely guys will do that.

As well, if he were addicted to online explicit sites and a single guy, that usually makes someone crave what they can't always have. I know those sites have driven more than a few men insane.

I find strip clubs to be an irony. Most men have a problem with the "see with your eyes, not with your hands" concept. I've never been to one, but all I can imagine is leaving feeling even more deprived.

QuasiMojo 05-28-2007 07:01 PM

I read a story online about the criminality of beastiality and the case of a Florida man who was killed while being penetrated by a horse.

I'm only human. too human perhaps. was it due to my humanity that I clicked the link that said SEE VIDEO.
What did I expect to see?
penguins and lollipops???
No, It was the raw video of a man purposely receiving the business end of a horse.
of a horse.
of a horse.
just like the link promised.
The man was killed and the sound he made.....terrible.

Well, I felt kind of empty and dirty for having seen this.
I know that the heinous and horrific takes place on this planet. And to know is enough for me.

What you see you can't unsee.

Psycho Dad 05-28-2007 07:50 PM

I was clicking around the other day on a site that links to a lot of viral videos. I can't remember what the link said but I figured it was another one of those "some kid gets pwnerd or ownerd or whatever" videos where they try sonething stupid with a skateboard and a garbage can and fall on their face. What it was was a young teen boy in his briefs being beaten with a belt.

I couldn't decide what was more disgusting. The fact that someone would do that to a child, that someone would video tape it or that people find it entertaining enough that it has been passed around the net like something from America's Funniest Home Videos.
