Robbing a bank - the Aussie way
Australia is collectively disowning these two fellas. Luke Carroll and Anthony Prince, a couple of teenagers over in the US for a snowboarding holiday, robbed the Denver bank where they were customers and recognised by the teller. Then they caught a taxi to a jewelry store where tried to purchase a Rolex with $5 notes. The clever buggers then went to Maccas and photographed themselves with their booty.
How could they have thought they wouldn't be caught? Unbelievable! Linky bit |
Weird the way they kept it up. Not terribly bright.
Vegemite withdrawal? |
the wheels are spinning, but the hampsters are dead..
morons.. i swear if it weren't for people like this, i'd never laugh again ;) |
Yeah, some of the thickest behaviour I've heard of there. Seems they went to school about 20 minutes away from where I live, some people I know probably knew them. 'Twill be interesting to find out if they were always that stupid.

there has to be a Darwin award here somewhere
|
Couldn't see a Darwin award happening, there's no death or sterilisation, and the Darwin award calls for all its recipients to be out of the gene pool.
|
two words for each of them
stu-pid. |
Comon, they are teenagers.
Rolex in the hands of a teenager : priceless |
I think they may be darwin awards that haven't collected yet...
This makes me think about the girl on trial in bali over importing a shit load of weed. Lots of people are saying "why would you do it? you'd make more money selling it in Oz". The answer may be "because she is also stupid like this pair". edit - I also find it kinda funny that people admit being involved and then plead not guilty. |
The lesson from this is just to use a different accent from your own when robbing a bank?
|
LOL - ain't youth grand?
|
*boggle* Well I'm sure they'll figure out a way to get a Darwin award soon.
|
Should get the darwin award
