I once found a box of Giant Pocky. That totally blew my friends' minds. Came in a huge box, with big pocky sticks. Not the same consistency of cookie, but still damn tasty.

I'm Chocolate as well.

This last week i was at a con in Arizona and I bought a box of Giant Pumpkin pock for 10 bucks.. I swear i could have made girls make out for it if i wanted too..
Anywhoo.. a good site for lots of japanese snacks is japanesesnacks.com, you can also check out your local ranch 99's and asian grocers. I'm lucky that craploads of japanese visit Vegas and LA's japantown is a mere 4 hours away, so a lot what i eat is actually real japanese food.

lol this is funny

so pocky is thin long biscuit sticks with a flavoured coating...and just 3 has 100 calories (50 from fat)...er I think I'd rather just eat a couple of rows off a bar of chocolate, don't you?

Pocky sounds boring

Blasphemer ! ! !

It's not about the product, it's the way they sell it that makes me want it. It's the coca-cola for the new generation.

After the first time I saw this thread I went around all of the Chinese/Japanse supermarkets in town with only one product on my mind.

None of them had it, and I don't know what the Thai translation of 'Pocky' is but I do know that I was told, in no uncertain terms, never to return to 'Yummy Taste International Market' if I wanted to keep my testicles attached.

mmmm.. sounds good. I agree a little with little_tippler though, they are extremely unhealthy considering the amount of fat and trans fat in them. But, then again, they are cookies basically... so... there you go.

I'm dying to find me some of these snacks though. I just don't know anyone that sells them around me. I'll have to look online I guess.

Here's a good site that rates all kinds of japanese snacks:
http://www.japanesesnacks.com/database.php
