Is there a chat thing like MSN or ICQ that can get me in contact with someone from Rwanda? I need to interview someone for a report. Thanks for any help.

ICQ's webpag (and probably msn's as well) has a search function.
just search for someone in the country of Rwanda.
ICQ came up with a bunch of emm
although a lot foe mm do seem to be from Russia, and clicked the wrong thing, but you get the idea.

That might not be a mistake; Moscow has an extremely large number of university students from all over Africa. It's a leftover from the cold war, when the Soviet Union activelly pursued allies in that region.
