Is anyone else confused about who is on this board?
 

I just read the What happened to the Erogenous Zone?? thread (something happened to it?) and I saw quite a few posts from people I thought I had recognized for years posting with rookie status. The posts were dated the middle of this year so either something weird is going on or I'm going insane (which might be considered weird, too).

So, has this happened to anyone else, here? Do you find yourself recognizing people you can't possibly know? Is there some explanatin to all this?

You know, I sometimes find myself wondering why someone I recognize is a Rookie, then click to find that they only have 10 posts. I guess some names stand out.

Actually, it's "Jamais Vu".

French for "Never Seen".

Unfortunately, the discussion on the demise of the erogenous board is closed, so I couldn't put my two sense in on the stupid, whiney lurkers and rookies with no posts or participation. Anyway, I have been a "rookie" twice since I joined in '02. Anyway, there's your answer, or at least an explanation that I think you might understand.

They could have posted many times, but that does not mean all of their posts were worthy of counting.

To me it's ok if the Erogenous Zone goes away forever. At first i came to this site for the free porn (that was 2 years ago), but now, i go to the EZ once a month at most, and those times, i've come to realize that most of the people who posts there never posts in the other forums and they don't know what they're missing. Thanks to the TFP now i have an Internet family, where i can give and receive advice, learn about almost every topic i can imagine of and best of all, a place where i can express myself. So, to all of you whinners out there, stop whining and start reading and postin other forums, in the end i know you'll be thankfull.

Not me. I didn't even know there was the porn until the girl who told me about the site said "Hey, I logged on today and there's PORN!" Porn is all well and good, but it's not what keeps me here.

God O-mighty! What happened to the erogenous zone? I was dropping in as I usually do and see that it is gone. OM freakin G.

Anyway its not like things don't stray from the original intention. Just look at the Tilted PCs section it used to be a wicked place to post but now every dork that doesn't know didly bout there PC is asking for help.
