I work on an 8 Colour Flexographic Printing Press, We use to have a contract with Humpty Dumpty Chips. We printed the bags, Lamintaed the foil that you see inside the chip bag and then slit the rolls and then ship them out to be made into actual chip bags.

We do all kinds of other food bags, Coffee bean bags etc etc.

It can be an ok job at times, But in the summer time it's brutal working on those Machines in the Humidity.

I work for a great company. I did three years of college majoring in Rubber Engineering Technology, Polymers, and Mechanical Engineering. A year short of finishing, I just decided I didn't want to go into that field. Four months ago, I got hired into Yoplait/Columbo and I do various jobs there. Basically I'm a factory slut. I make the cups the yogurt goes into, I work on the machine that boxes the yogurt... and so on. Great job, and better pay then I could have gotten with my degrees.

I am the general manager of a financial printer -- a company that helps public companies disclose their financial information to the general population through electronic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, amoungst other things.
