Do you need to VENT?
 

I was inspired by a story in the news recently about a guy who set up a 900 number for people to call and pay $1.99 per minute for him to listen to them vent about stuff. Immediately, I looked up ventanger.com and discovered that nobody had registered it. Ahah, Says I.

I've decided to turn it into a little mini site where people can come to vent their frustrations. It also doubles as a promotion tool for the TFP. It's brand new, so it doesn't have anything in it yet, so I'm hoping that everybody here can contribute to it by either posting a vent or spreading the link around any way they can.

It helps the TFP :)

This reminds me of a site I saw a few months ago. It was based on the 7 sins and let you choose one and write an anonymous confession. It would then show a random one like your's does.

There is a time limit when you post.. you cant post twice in 15 min and if you try again within the 15 min, it resets the timer.

I vented, a little, I feel greater levels of anger and self pity are still within me though.

I figured it was better to display a confirmation because of the way the rating information is sent from page to page. People are less likely to hit the refresh button when they see the confirmation, thus lessening the chances of them attempting to vote for the vent more than once.
