Urinating in Public
 

A very interesting thing happened to me this weekend after a long night of partying.......funny thing is, it was in my school newspaper the next day:

"Yellow Cab, Perhaps?
SUNDAY, FEB. 15, 2:33 a.m.-- A police officer on patrol near the Newing dorms saw one student get out a cab, yell "f*ck," then begin urinating into the snow. When the officer approached him, he walked away as the officer asked him to stop. The 20-year-old student said he was sorry, and that he was drunk. He was ticketed for disordely conduct. He will appear at Vestal town court on March 9 5:30 p.m."

There was also a little cartoon picture next to the article of a guy peeing in the snow next to a snowman. My friends pointed this out to me and everyone is giving me crap about it. Hilarious. The article is now on my dorm room door.

Has anyone else got caught peeing in public? If so, whats your story.

Also does anyone know why I got a disorderly conduct ticket and not a public urination ticket? Are they the same? What are the consequences ya think? Do I have a defense?

Well, did pee on the side of the road when I was a kid..maybe twice..being a girl..with no tp..yeah Im Never Every doing that again.*Shudder*

I was caught with a very dear friend in a bad snow storm in Seattle. No one knows how to drive in the snow in Seattle, so the freeways were at a dead stop. After about an hour she couldn't wait any longer, so got out to pee. She squatted down "behind" the door. I ran around to hold up a blanket for her. Too late, the oncoming traffic (which was moving) could see it all!

As a kid I used to just let it go where ever I felt like it. As for being busted doing it... I don't necessarily call it busted, cause I play it off as a normal situation. Once was found urinating on a bush outside a party on a busy street, actually had a girl slap my ass while I was letting it go. Back in high school urinated on the town's downtown founder statue while another friend painted the testicles of the horse the founder sits on. And also urinated out of a third story building onto people below (again while I was a kid). Never been "busted" for it though so not sure what the possible legal implications may be?

As a child I peed on my sister's head from a balcony. That didn't go over well at all...

I don't know where you live at, but if you live here in the states, you should count yourself lucky that you didn't get a ticket for consumption of alcohol by a minor. I would think that would be worse than a ticket for disorderly conduct.

Although i drink a lot of water, so that's good and bad, in that i need to take a piss quite often, but also, i imagine it's actually quite close to water, with a few other nasties :lol:

Luckily, being a guy i can stand up :p :)

Still haven't been caught though :)

ticket?!..... i wish... i got arrested for that. underage possession of alcohol by injestion.

In Broolyn, my drunken brother got out of the car, whipped it out, and pissed on teh sidewalk while spinning in circles. Didn't get caught, but gave us a good laugh.

but one of my school friends was arrested for pissing on a airline hostess while he was drunk as a skunk on a plane.

Back in Europe I'd stop by the side of the road to take a piss when I needed to and there weren't road stops near enough. Often saw others do it and never made anything of it.

When I'm drunk on the town, like usually on new year's... I often piss in a back alley when I REALLY have to go, as all the toilets have horrendous queues.

People probably saw me pissing (I don't know, I don't look around), but just minded their business.

Sometimes the most normal thing in the world to do is pee outside. It's natural, btw.

its so common here that no1 gives a second glance :P

I've been seen urinating in foliage alongside the road plenty of times, in Belgium nobody really cares about that.

But people have been known to get fined for urinating against private property, eg buildings, fences, ...
usually you only get fined or reprimanded when you do it in a place where the fluids have no way of disappearing into the ground quickly ...

I used to pee out back when I got home from school because sometimes the door was locked and no one was home.

This is always a big issue at Mardi Gras in New Orleans where you have lots of alcohols consumption, a bunch of people, and very limited bathrooms.

I just realised that it's a Very Good Thing that alcohol isn't part of that huge Spanish tomato-throwing festival... ugh...

Funny story man!

Saw a guy get arrested at a Tampa Bay hockey game for peeing off the top of the parking garage. The cop grabbed him and he turned around and leaked all over the cops leg. I laughed.

I whole-heartedly believe that the world is my urinal. Just try to stop me! I never got busted for it but my friend almost did in a parking lot. The cop didnt actually see him do it but the "evidence" was there. He got let go with a warning.

Only in Nawleans, but everyone was doing it... even say a bum taking a crap... Awesome town!

Do I pee outside all the time? Of course.

Having said that, I would make sure to appear to the court date, well dressed, and behave very respectfully and apologetic in front of the judge. If I ever have to interview you for a job I don't want to have to ask why you were pissing in public!

when we need to go, we just find a mates car, put your left hand over the back right wheel, and take a wizz, totally legal.:D

I dont want to change the subject, but just a quick story.

After the first month I started my new job, there was a guy at the bustop beside my work, who pulled his pants down and took a large dump beside the people sitting on the bench..well he went behind them..EW! He was arrested of course...

Pee outside a lot, try to do it when nobody is around. What can I say? 15 drinks is a lot of liquid, and its a BIG campus to walk across.

i have pissed many a time in public... peoples yards, light poles, power poles... middle of the street.

never been picked up... but there is always a first time for everything

Living on 124 acres, during the summer I piss outside more often then not... No chance of missing!

Never been caught in public though. Never really did it in public though.

Heck, around here it's rare to see someone actually using a public urinal! It's just not a proper night out on the town if some drunk business man isn't watering the walls of the "entertainment" district...

just moved into a new apartment a couple of months ago and decided to have a little party. after many beers, thought it would be funny if i meet my new neighbor by pissing on his door. walked back in my apartment and next thing i know, he was knocking on my door. i was drunk and came out and threw my beer on the ground and ask him what he's gonna do about it. pushed him and was about to fight him but my friends stepped in. actually felt bad and cleaned up the piss with my shirt.

30 minutes later the cops came but they didn't do anything.

of course, next morning got a call from the apartment manager about the urinating incident among many others that night.

Was staying on a friend's houseboat one weekend. He explained it thus: There are people who have houseboats who never pee out into the water, for they only have the boats as a weekend getaway. Then there are people with houseboats who do pee out into the water, and they are people who actually live on the boat. And this weekend, we live on the boat, so pee out into the water. So morning comes along, and we get up and I go have myself a nice piss. The other friends go after me. We were walking up off the marina when the manager comes out, and says "Goddamit guys.... goddamnit... don't let people see you pissing off the side of your boat! I just had a complaint... so don't let people see you doing it. They can call the cops, and the cops can come down here and arrest you for *public masturbation*!" That was pretty crazy. At the time, I thought it was pretty funny "dont let people *see* you" as opposed to "dont pee."

Also, I went on a highschool trip to Italy my Junior year. It was awesome because the group size was about 15-20, and I was one of three guys on the trip. But one of the most memorable things was, we had just arrived, and loaded onto the tour bus. The bus drives us about an hour, when we stop off at a kind of roadside cafe/convenience store deal. So all the girls are piling off, when another bus parks not too far off from ours, and unloads about fifty italian guys, who, upon seeing the multitude of 15-18 year old girls, heave out their chests and strut with all due machismo over the far side of the parking lot which overlooks a river. They all line up along the bank, and piss. Jaws dropped on all the girls. Pretty funny.

I've only done it once behind a garbage dumpster, on a private lot. I was really drunk and there was nowhere else to go.

You could be labeled a sex offender in the Peoples Republic of Massachusetts for it
