I'm talking sheer materialism here!

Since we spend the holidays away from our families, Yoshi and I have to shop early for them, which always results in us finding things *we* want. What's on your wishlist this holiday season?

I'll go first...
* Home Theater Master MX-800 remote control
* extra RAM for a new PC
* Strong-Bad T-shirt
* Table Saw
* Indiana Jones DVD boxed set

- Indiana Jones Trilogy (assuming they release a better edition, cause I hear the current one lacks decent extras).
- LOTR: The Two Towers Extended Edition (just because :D).
- Sony T1 digital camera (because I need a tiny everyday cam to supplement my SLR).

Im not real picky. I hate asking for things for a gift, cuz then it doesnt mean as much as if someonbe went out and said "Hey, krwlz would love this"

I know i'm getting older when my #1 item on my wishlist is a dustbuster.

I'll be happy even if I don't get anything, but I would dearly love a Tornado Rollerball pen and a copy of Donny Darko on DVD. And a book of bungalow plans that Ratbastid just pointed out to me. He's really good at finding things I didn't even know I wanted but once I know they exist I really want.

I put a bunch of things on my Amazon wishlist like I do every year - just some CDs and DVDs.

What I'd really love is a home theater system but that's one of those things that nobody else could put together for me. I've asked for money, mainly, so I can put it towards my wedding.

Nothing. My wife hates when I tell her that.

I'd prefer the money get spent on my kids instead of me.

Oh, I just remembered, one more thing:

realistically - i normally don't know what i want, so i ask for money or gift certificates so i'm able to go hunting for something (after christmas sales are often awesome).

My wish is that my brother can make it into town from Portland, and my sister can make it down from Truckee. Drive down all together to San Jose and be with the family for the holidays.

I asked my mother to record and compile the recipes she used when I was growing up. Having left home a few years ago, I'm really looking forward to this.

We are planning Xmas in Vegas with my dad -- but to date I haven't gotten the money together to purchase airline tickets. They are first on my list.

I think this year maybe I'll buy a new video card for my computer, or maybe a laptop or something.
