I think 60 years for probation voilation is fair depending what the violation was. They let you off on the chance that your a changed person, but when you voilate parole you prove you havent changed and diserve full sentencing for your crime.

Kinder got what he deserved, just wish the other guy did a inflicted a bit more than "minor injuries" on him.

what really shocked me wasn't 60 years for parole violent, that makes sense, but that he was serving only 6 for molestation of 4 boys, that's just ridiculous.

Just think, if Kinder hadn't molested that dude, thus fucking up his head and leading him into a life-long downward spiral, he would have never been in that jail cell to kick his ass.

This is all good and fun, but that fist in face is NOT going to take away all the other things being molested has caused this kid (or any others) to go through. I'm sure it felt great and I am sure there was some therapy to it...but it didn't make anything go away....this is just my opinion but it comes from experience.

I say Hats off to this kid for doing what he did because in a sense it means that he wouldn't be left the victim, but instead it means he took on the role of the guy he was beating....now that I've written that...doesn't seem like it was that great of an outcome..but I will leave it as it is...makes another point in itself...

It was good that the "victim" wasn't taking the role of victim anymore. I'm curious how the fight came up. If the molester had badgered the guy any then I don't think the "victim" should be considered at fault. The molester started this years ago. It is good that the circle did come round.

I wouldn't blame the law for charging the victim for the assult. He can't be left to believe he can beat up anyone because they "deserve" it. I hope they go easy on him though - I don't blame him for getting his "revenge". I hope now he's able to let go of that anger though.

First let me say I'm glad he got a chance to exact some payback on the guy himself...I truly think this will give him more closure than 10 years of therapy.

Now to those who think the molester should be tortured; I know child molestation is the most heinous crime in our society and I myself condemn it. However I don't understand why a sex offender has any less rights under the system as, say, a murderer. It's a dangerous game you play when you advocate no chance for a criminal to not be accepted back into society at all and condone his torture and ostracization from society. If the system allows him to be freed, he has paid his dues for his crime as decided by the courts. Now what does he do? You can say you don't care, but what if a friend or family member of yours was "framed" for a socially hated crime of some sort, not necessarily molestation but wouldn't be allowed to get on with his life and try to repair the damage and become once again a productive member of society.

This attitude is very dangerous also since there are many pedos out there who are on the edge of acting out their feelings and many fear getting any kind of help fearing universal condemnation once their dark secret is out. Nobody chooses to be a pedo....why would you? Why do I like a woman's legs, or big tits? I dunno. What if I was a monster for liking tits? you think I would tell anyone as I jerked off to pics of boobs and fantasizing about having them in my hands? Fuck no I wouldn't....but the desire wouldn't go away. I am cursed with the desire to suck titties, or rub them. If in our society this was an ultimate taboo I would be in pain and conflicted, feeling otherwise normal and not understanding why I am this way. Would I get help? No I wouldn't, fearing persecution by even those I seek to help me. Now what do I do? Keep jerking it to some DDs with pink nips in secret and never getting treatment for or at least help with coping with this disapproved fetish? I may never cross the line and breast-rape a woman but others like me might.

In closing I want to reiterate I don't think the system should be lenient to molesters, but society should be a bit more easy on pedos who've never committed any offenses to children. I think you would see a dramatic drop in molestation if they were given a way to seek help without fear.

im pretty liberal but i have a streak in me that does like justice to be served and I always enjoy theses stories of guys beating up the molesters in prison. taking someone's innocence away without their permission is about the worst thing you can do.

My teacher was telling me stories about stuff like that happening. Somebody goes to jail for being a child molester and most people are in jail has younger siblings and couldn't imagine something like that happening so they beat the shit out of the child molester.......which they kinda asked for....

The molester still got off easy. If he was in for molesting four boys, they should have just put him in a room for an hour with the parents of the kids.

Why fuck around with keeping this guy alive for the rest of his days on our dime? Just let the parents handle the 'justice' and this guy is a memory.

Criminals aren't executed anymore save murder in some areas because incarceration is based on the idea of reform on the part of the convict. If there wasn't a belief in the ability of a human to change we probably would execute all criminals. The purpose of prison is to remove the offender from society and give them the time to reconsider their behavior and maybe think twice before offending again. If the crime is very heinous such as molestation or murder they get a loooonnnngg time to think about it.

My beef with this attitude is that you totally negate the spirit of the justice system by advocating mob justice. Is the system flawed? Sure. Is it the best we've come up with to date? Unfortunately yes. If the offender does the time alloted to his crime he should be given a chance to reassimilate himself into the society. I don't think a molester should be allowed to work in any venue with kids, amusement parks, day cares, etc etc. But he needs to work somewhere...he should have as much chance as any other convict to rebuild his life. As I stated above pedophilia is not a chosen fetish, most fetishes aren't. When a pedo crosses the line and molests he should be punished, and he should be counseled. But I can't agree with torture and execution just because the crime is more heinous in our society than murder. When you advocate the revocation of the rights of molesters you also open the door for other criminals to be punished in a similar fashion, which throws the whole concept of rehabilitation out the window.


What if the "offender" is actually innocent? Imagine if you downloaded some child porn off usenet by mistake, which yes it does happen occasionally due to spamming trolls and crossposts to general groups. You dl 10000 pics all at once in a.b.p.erotica and don't sort them for a few days. A family member does a search for something and finds the child porn on your HDD. They report you and you go to jail for something you weren't even aware you had on there. Now you're in jail and the cons find out what you're in for and you get the fuck beat out of you or you're killed...for nothing. Or if a child just doesn't like you and say you touched them when you never did. That's happened a few times in stepfamilies when the child hates the stepdad. So the guy is innocent but he goes right to jail to deal with the "justice" there. If he manages to get cleared for it his reputation is till tarnished, since no one will believe he was really innocent.

Attitudes like this are just recipes for ruined lives in the rare case of an innocent person and tarnish the concept of our entire justice system even further than it is on it's own..
